          im +1300 ng/dl total test +18 ng/dl free test natty @ 19 rn, my bones are absolutely shit im a bonelet 6.3” wrists, thin joints and narrow ribcage. Guess what? My dad is 5’4 mom 5’ both bonelets im 5’9. Your skeleton & bone structure is purely determined by GENES. Being high test, all it gave me was even more norwooding, acne and just bit faster recovery after lifting… thats it. Bone genes>all

    easily, just buy some resistance bands and train like an armwrestler.. if you want to use weights, you'll want to add some kind of leverage ie like a plate hanging from a piece of fabric. dumbbells and barbells alone are kind of trash for forearm work.

    hit them every day that they aren't sore and they'll blow up
