      used to do this 15 mins non-stop at 55-60RPM. The only downsize is the cushion on the seat. It is bad for your taint/balls. You need to get one which is designed to not pinch your junk.

      OP means that it'll tire you out quickly which is good bc it'll burn more cals in less time. The only cardio I can ever force myself to do is the stair machine since I can do it for less time but get the same results

        I'm trying to get a point though. You can burn more cals on less time, but you can burn more cals overall by doing something low intensity.

          Yeah but not everyone has a lot of time for cardio. I'd rather do 20 min of very high intensity stair machine instead of 45+ of low intensity treadmill because I know I'll have burned the majority of cals I would have burned on the treadmill either way

    not equipment but after doing (actual) martial arts like boxing or wrestling I feel like I've had the best workout
