Hose pull
Hose deployment (especially when water is flowing, that shit takes strength)
Ladder raises
Breach and pull
Equipment carries
Victim removal drags
Attic crawls
I want to know the same thing. The guys at my local gym who have the largest goddamn forearms are almost ALWAYS firefighters. It's insane.
it's usually a sign of lifting for a long long time isn't it? all the 65 year old guys you see at the gym that look like they used to be HUGE have them
Facts. I've been on the job for just a year and I've noticed my forearms are bigger than ever despite the rest of me hovering at borderline dyel. I think partially because of what

said but I've also been doing lots of pull-ups and farmers carries.
I only do calisthenics and this is my arm. I thought the vascularity just came from weight loss tbh. Dips is the one exercise I do every single day though.
also IST helped me drop from 250lbs to 150lbs in 2 years so thanks friends.
I went from b***h 10.5 inch twigs to to solid 14.3 inch forearms in 4 years. I know, might not seem impressive, but I was always a skinny b***h with low apetite and frail frame.
I sit at a little over 14 inch forearms, at 6' 185lbs. I was spamming: >underhand wrist curls for high reps at the end of each lifting session (3 sets of 30-40 reps, with 20 seconds rest only) >grippers, they helped with vascularity and grip strength (I can finally squeeze 200lbs without any problems) >Chin Ups with weight >Chest-supported Rows, both normal and underhand
I wear XL shirts and can barely roll up the sleeves anymore. So direct work is def the most important. You won't build big arms on compounds alone, like IST subhumans were claiming for years, ruining many people with their /SS/ crap.
Grippers are great, I recently bought CoC #1, #1.5 and #2 and my forearms and grip strength has greatly improved. I can do reps with #2 at the moment and thinking of soon buying #2.5 as a new target. You can so easily pump them at home while doing something else
I can't get veiny because my normal blood pressure is very low. I do have some veins like a bicep vein or veins on my hand but nothing on my forearm. How can I increase my blood pressure, bros
Sounds like a recipe for losing delicate feeling in the skin and dry it out.
Might as well take a hammer/similar and just swing around with the wrist.
Bet you'll evolve some kind of impingement too.
>trains only forearms
Why do firefighters have such big forearms? What is it about that job that blows them up?

I'm gonna have to give battle ropes a try, then. Thanks, anon!

Beating their wives and carrying the large amounts of grifted tax payer funds
>hose pulls all da
Jacking off their colleagues to failure. Gay mustaches plus sleeping together in bunks.....
I have veiny but thin forearms
This board can’t even imagine not having had breakfast this morning. You demand much.
Personally, I don't find big forearms very aesthetic so I use wrist wraps so I use minimal forearms in movements
Poast forearm rewteen.

oops forgot pic
how do I blow up my wrist extensors?
How much do I need to fap in order to have massive forearms?
what is considered big forearms
To be big you must have chode arms that are wider than they are long
Whatever makes IST seethe out of pure jealousy.
>tfw forearms are bigger than upper arms simply because I can do grip exercises in bed
Are pull ups and deadlifts without straps enough for forearm development?
At least add dead hangs in there

Thanks for the inspiration, anon. How often do you use the grippers and what was your progress like? I mean, where did you start and all that.
Good thing is: if you train arms and shoulders you get nice veiny forarms anyways.
Are 13.5 forearms good?
Obviously
how is that obvious? I don't know the standard for forearms, and looking at other people's, mine feel average
dumbbell wrist curls got me like

I love hitting forearms
Another pic
anybody tried this rice method? seems cool.
Eager to try but I'm not autistic enough to have buckets of rice at my home

Look up armwrestling exercises instead.
Reverse curls
Hand squeezes
Hammer curls
Wrist curls
Big forearms make you look too low class
