I’m researching this and thinking about running 20 or 25mg for a minimum of 8 weeks. I’ll probably get a glucose monitor just to be safe. What’s the catch? Anybody tried it? I used to be 1/2/3/4 but took a long time off to be a cardiogay. I now lift and grapple and am mid-30s so better sleep and recovery sounds good. I’m reading mixed reviews about side effects

Shit’s great, I love it. 20mg+ is too much though, 12.5 is enough and you will have increased fasted blood sugar, so you need quality berberine and take 500mg 3 times a day around meals. Take the MK before sleep, even next day the hunger still will be massive. Combined with CJC-1295 DAC you get the same results as from real GH

5 years natty lifting for strength, barely ever done any hypertrophy training, have run MK677 with SR9011 for 2 months and I gained 5kg and look pretty full. Also helped me get out of my plateau.

Is it worth it if I’m still at novice lifts? I used to be much stronger but I think I may just clean bulk and try to get muscle memory going until I get back to where I once was after 4-5 months or so. But I’m cross training BJJ now too so my wear-and-tear is quite high. Any sides?
I'm getting back to lifting after 9 years of being completely sedentary, drinking and eating codeine like candy (used to lift for a decade before that) and I plan jumping on 20mg of ostarine for 8 weeks from the start, then add 12.5mg of enclomphene and 10mg of MK677 6 weeks in for a month (may continue with MK for longer than that). thoughts?

I don't have time anymore to just lift for 5 years, I'll be in my forties by then, and ostarine plus enclo is the fastest way to regain natural test and more.

Not the worst plan. But you should use MK677 from the start, it's best aspect is how it synergises with other PEDs. And if you're gonna bother with enclo while on cycle then you should use something stronger than Ostarine, otherwise it seems like a waste.
Also quit the codeine if you haven't already, and quit anything else your using or say goodbye to your liver
I still think enclo is a good idea in my case, even on ostarine, as my test is probably in the shambles after half a gram of codeine almost daily for years. I already bought the ostarine, not sure if mixing SARMs with a similar mechanism of action is a good idea, as there's a lot of conflicting info surrounding this topic, but I could add maybe 5mg of ligandrol

codeine isn't particularly hepatoxic, but I'm weaning off it, hopefully completely by the time I start and I already quit alcohol completely
Mixing them probably won't hurt but I wouldn't risk it and I don't think the reward is there, especially if you've already got the Ostarine. I forgot to mention but get tested before during and after, probably you'll be fine and it won't be necessary, but it's not expensive and you don't want to risk being the 1 in 10000 that gets liver damage or ruins their balls and doesn't realise.
I mentioned the liver stuff mostly just to put in your mind that SARMs, and anabolics in general really, can put a lot of stress on it. Being sensible about what you put in your body and you'll probably be fine
Oh and don't go overboard with the enclo, it's very potent stuff. It can double you test level even on stronger anabolics like RAD or LGD

The effects are overstated, both positive and negative.
Your blood sugar won't go elevated, you won't develop anxiety disorder. At the same time you won't get much bigger. It just gives a slight appetite boost.
