Need exercise advice

Now i train approx 5 times a week, i can: run 3km in 14:10, 100m in ~16 secs and do 15 pull ups on a good day.

My training is something like that:
For legs:
- try running (earlier weeks i had an access to stadium, now i have to improvise, but sometimes i can do proper 3km runs)
- do 40-45 reps of jumps from sitting position, 4 sets of that.
- do 400 hundred jumps standing on my toes/front of feet, 4 sets, every each one between jumps from sitting position.

For upper back/torso/arms:
- pull ups. I do those frickers from 8 to 12 sets for 8 reps, sometimes 10 sets with ~6kg load or 8 sets with that load and 5 sets without weight.

Should i train every other day, 3 days workin with 2 days restin or what? And which regimen works best for which zone: is it best tp train legs 5 times a week and do pull ups 3 times a a week, or vice versa?

Earlier i did 40 sit ups with 12-16 kg load and 120 - 150 calf raises instead of jumping.

Lmao, yes id say you are on the right track for getting into the army, the hardest exercises for normies there are the 2 km run and the pullups, focus on them and you wont fail

I kinda get this, since July i got from 3-5 pull ups up to 16 on a good day, but it took 2 months to get from 5 to 14 and 1 month to get from 14 to 16, progress is stalling and i don't know for sure what to do.

Now i take meldonium (counts as doping since 2016, must be gud), creatine and protein. Total protein intake is around 250 gramms, but i have around 2000 - 2500 calories a day. Should i eat more? I have some fat, maybe 2kg/5pounds at least.
I don't feel tired, but people say that i have to get rest days.

And i do all of running/lifting in one day, in about 3 hours.

    You're over training
You only need once a week to muscular failure
