Why would you? You body is great at regulating salt. If you eat too much you piss it out in like 2 hours anyway. In clinical trials low sodium diets have worse health outcomes than high sodium.

Salt is needed for muscle function. Eat a lot of it and drink a ton of water. You will gain a lot of "water weight" and look fuller and more jacked. Muscles are mostly water and they neeeeeed sodium.

I don't understand how people eat highly salted foods. I use just a little bit of salt to enhance the food but other's just use the food as a vessel for salt.
