His shoulders look a bit suspiciously well built for someone who doesn't isolate them but other than that i see no hints for that.

this guy is on roids, if you cannot see that right away i'm sorry for you

He does a low amount of gear, sensible exercises that hit every muscle, and eats a normal diet without bulking. What do you expect? I had a pretty similar physique when I was on 300mg sustanon and just training 3 days a week HIT.

      unironically yes

Buried in all the shit posted here, the real answer OP is that he has great genetics, that even if he only did bodyweight moves he will still morph into that physique. Now, you might think if you do only compounds you'll get the same result. Probably not because compounds don't isolate aesthetic muscles (as shown in OP pic, he has super aesthetic shoulders and arms from only compounds), and you will have a higher chance of looking better on a bodybuilding routine. Carry on.

He's a liar whoever he is. In the video posted he says built that body doing 3 workouts a week using those exercises but in an older video showing his transformation he was saying he was working out 7 days a week 2 times a day.

      Anonymous

and you rather believe that? i get it if you want to be against low volume/frequency but everytime somebody trains twice a day let alone twice a day 7x a week, nobody would say thats how you build anything.

I currently had to stop my squats because I have something pinching my left hip. Switched to walking lunges for now and dropped deadlifts to 2605x8. For some reason they don’t seem to hurt the hip. At my age I am more focused on staying in shape rather than getting my lifts up.

The secret is its correct that you don't need isolations, but the mistake is considering direct arm work an isolation. It's no different than hitting legs
