standing up and stretching every 2 hours
and if you can afford it, pomodoro it up
>25 minutes work
>get up, go to other side of office/home to refill small glass of water
>do your 20/20/20 eyes thing during
>do some W-stretches and whatever
Start by getting a good chair
These office chairs fricking suck.
I have a wooden chair that is 50 years old taken from a collective farm that is still standing strong. It keeps my back straight and firm.
I stand.
I kneel, standchads
why is it you homosexuals always have to remind people that standing desks make you inherently better. you’re just an annoying homo
m8, go re-read op's post. this is like the one time it is completely fricking organic to mention a standing desk.
He didn’t say he’s better, he just said he stands. Insecure much?
I too stand for about 6 hours every working day, I then sit down the last hour in remembrance of Rich Piana and Zyzz.
doing either for too long fricks with shit, vary it up
> shits 8+ hours a day
Imagine how much shit the average toilet has swallowed in a lifetime.
>a man living to age 76 would produce about 24,320 lbs. (11,030 kg) of poop over his lifetime
jealous?
dyel, here. standing desk took me about a week to adjust to as far as it feeling mildly difficult.
took several more weeks to feel normal.
You need to walk at least 30 mins a day
either work a trade or get your employer to get you a desk with a hydraulic lift so you can stand and work
I used to always sit until I fricked my neck doing sports and sitting down at work became painful
I'm sitting on the exact same chair at the moment, it's from IKEA.
And sitting is the reverse of a gainz goblin, it spares you from doing cardio and burning extra calories, so it all goes to your gains
Do Asian squats for 9 hours.
buy a decent chair marcus is shit.
what do you recommend?
Sitting 8 hours a day is fine for several days after a high intensity workout. It helps with your recovery. Now stop complaining and rest.
Standing up and stretching and getting a good chair that supports your frame properly.
I also go for a walk at lunch time so I'm not sat down the whole time.
Standing desk + back brace to failure
