That's 1816 calories in total, not 1000 calories. I've checked how many calories a quart of chocolate milk has and it says ~830.
He literally can't read the labels off the container and his way of tracking food is absolutely fricking moronic. He reads off P/C/F off the product and puts it into his dumbfrick app instead of using normal app like myfitnesspal or cronometer and put in the weight of the actual product.
No fricking wonder he didn't gain shit on a bulk and is not dropping weight on a cut. He doesn't know how to track his macros. Not to mention that he's not putting in protein from bread or something because it doesn't have the right amino acid profile so his tracked calories are lower than what he consumed.
