    You are not going to see it until you're pretty fricking lean sub ~10% bf. Just be happy that it's getting sore. It's never going to get huge, it's not that kind of muscle.

    Mine are huge. All I do to target it are deadlifts and lat pulldowns. Deadlift 3.4x bodyweight and lat pulldown 3x12 of my bodyweight

    Push-ups with these pretty well. I started doing weighed mid-wide stance push-ups and my serratus blew up. For whatever reason bench press did nothing for these

      Bench primarily targets pecs. Targeting the serratus is more of an inward rotation.

    Heavy dumbbell pullovers the best
    Followed by cable crunch
    Squeeze at the top of your dips and go as high as you can

    Your not training it properly
