        in moderation or sparingly is preferred over sugar substitutes. im not an expert but the body doesnt know the difference between sugar and sugar substitutes and your insulin will spike the same.

        All artificial sweeteners have risks a bit worse than unprocessed sugars imo.

        Why not use honey, maple syrup homemade fruit juice etc.

    this is a solved problem. monk fruit is the best. you have to buy it in liquid form, dont get the powdered shit that is cut with other sweeteners like erythritol. that will give you indigestion and other problems.

    you want bottled, liquid, monk fruit.

    Stevia. Licorice is also neat because it's demonstrated anti-carcinogenic properties. Sucralose to me tastes the most like sugar for stuff like coffee and hot chocolate but it will make you shit your guts out if you eat too much of it.
