Most Americans have Magnesium Deficiency, magnesium deficiency has been found to cause psychosis and mental illness.

The magnesium you mostly find like the grocery store shit in OP's picture, is the worst form of magnesium which is oxide. The body doesn't use it. You have to get a more bioavailable form like glycinate or taurate.

everyone in this thread is probably too stupid to understand drug delivery, but there is a good reason. eating that amount of magnesium or other metals typically found in multivits can be really tough on the stomach. (try eating a zinc tablet on an empty stomach and report back). i like the gummies, they work fine for me. the amount of other shit is negligible to me as a 200 lb beefcake man. my diet and exercise is very good though. stop being a pussy.

      Anonymous

That was my thought too. I pick the gummies because the tablets have had me occasionally throw up if taken on an empty stomach and I was not hydrated properly.

That's because supplements poison the body. The body runs on food not rock dust. Of course the ego sends a placebo effect sensation to the body because it rewards you for destroying yourself, like with alcohol.

          Anonymous

Probably the accurate. I am mostly sure supplements of all types are a meme.

            Anonymous

Well it's both true,if you are chrinically deficient in something the body will die for a supplement. But I used to supplement and it turns into an eating disorder and self-harm, the cure being the very cause of the illness. You see the ego is all fricked up and has an alternate agenda: to keep you suffering. That's what all the spiritual stuff is all about.

Actually quite a bit of it comes from "rock dust". It's the minerals in mineral water and it's where you get a lot of that stuff from, even if it might seem a bit odd being just water.

            Anonymous

there is good reason to think we should perhaps be consuming more rock dust because we used to use igneous rock grinding stones to grind our grains

Gummy or not, most of what's in a vitamin is just being excreted directly. It's mostly a scam unless you have a specific deficiency. We simply have the most vitamin-rich poop in the world. I'm a doctor.

Gummy vitamins are objectively the superior vitamin delivery vehicle. Your body retains almost nothing from traditional pills or the time release gel capsules, while vitamins laced into fatty gelatin are absorbed and processed far better. If you are taking vitamins or supplements for any means but gummies or a powder you mix into food you are just throwing your money away.

I don't know. As I've gotten older my tastes have gotten tougher and more manly. I drink black coffee, eat rare steak, I like pickles and vinegar and ginger and tobacco and spicy and bitter things a lot more. I don't care for candy which is for children. When he's done with the gummy worms, he tips the bag up to funnel that sweet and tangy dust right into his mouth. He sees you staring and breaks into a high pitched chuckle. "Yum yum in my tum tum" he says, licking his lips and rubbing his stomach.

Never been a big sweets and dessert guy. I like cheesecake, and being from South Florida the occasional Key Lime Pie. I like my chocolate dark and tart. And texturally I just like gummies, but specifically gummy bears. They're just the right size. But I rarely eat any of that, I'm a bit of a fitness nut. My idea of light run is 8 miles on a trail. So naturally, I eat a lot of whole foods, and though not keto, I still keep portions of carbs and sugar on the low end.

there isnt enough magnesium or boron in any food i can fit into a healthy diet, and you cant get enough vitamin D from the sun and fish without being sunburned all the time and flooding your body with heavy metals and other sea pollutants at least, and still probably wont get enough

Funny, I took a multivitamin not too long ago and also got sick, ended up with flu like symptoms and it only went away after I stopped taking them.

yea no shit its all about balance, multivitamins dont even have some of the most essential vitamins usually and in fact vitamin E oxidizes and turns into poison especially when extracted and concentrated

vitamin B will keep you from going to sleep if you take it in the evening but thats about it, it acts like a stimulant

vitamins b6, b9 and b12 are involved in methylation and can massively increase your intake and utilization of protein. tri and dimethylglycine are also very helpful for this to help regulate it all

spinach has a lot of folate (b9) and trimethylglycine. of course you can just eat spinach but taking methylfolate and dumping a little TMG powder into water is still much easier
