funny how everyone on IST became an expert endocrinologist and started prescribing random supplements (and claiming that they're ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED) to anons without knowing their diet, lifestyle, or blood levels just as all these supplement companies started popping up out of nowhere huh?
almost like our physiology is incredibly complex and eating random capsules full of plastic and crushed glass probably isn't the ideal way of absorbing nutrients.
Getting my D3 levels up has given me a massive improvement in how I feel daily I combine it with K2 and magnesium
Some probiotics has helped me as well I am planning to start taking collagen peptides but they are not quite cheap
Not meme.
I had high insulin resistance since I was pigging out in my teens. I lost the excess weight but I still have the extra skin. >lysine
For my HSV1, I kissed a girl back in Kindergarten and she got that shit on my lips. >MCT oil and ALA
I use that for energy for work. I work at an airport and we have to stack 150-200 avg luggages in NB planes. >probiotic and apple cider cinnamon
Helps with digestion and insulin resistance.
I mainly eat half Chicken and Rice from Pollo Tropical after work and work 12 to 16 hour shifts. During my lunch time I go to the Airport gym.
I meant the branding those are all high volume generally low quality brands. Also if that's the ALA you are buying its worthless. The absorbptopn of normal ALA is garbage. Buy R-ALA.
One-a-day - Men's Health Formula Multivitamin, 1 tablet
Yerba Prima - Psyllium Husks, 2 capsules
Now - Vitamin D-3 5000 IU, 1 soft gel
InnovixLabs - triple strength Omega-3, 1 softgel
Real Mushroom - Lions Mane, 2 g
Optimum Nutrition - Creatine, 5 g
Optimum Nutrition - ZMA 28/435/10
So a vitamin baseline, some fiber, some oligoelements, some fish oil and some brotein.
The D3 is because I really don't get a lot of sunlight, and that can make me sad.
The weird shrooms are probably useless for me, but I give them to my wife so I started taking them first to see how they'd hit.
I want to say I feel less like a lazy piece of shit since I started taking all that stuff, but that's tricky to assess objectively.
> Get a different multi and buy the psyllium powder
Which multivitamin would you recommend instead?
As for the fiber, isn't it the same stuff with or without the capsule around it?
The capsules are vastly underdosed, you are geiing a single gram of fiber in those two pills. Combined.
As for the multi, I like source of life by natures plus, or any other whole food multivitamin. The generic cellulose matrix ones with synthetic vitamisn have beens Joan to not absorb very well.
Oh yeah.. I just compared the numbers between my sad multivitamin and nature plus' and they are wildly different.
One concern is that it overlaps with the ZMA supplement enough that I'm not sure I should take both together.
Alright, that looks legit, I'll give it a shot. Thanks for the recommendation!

I have some NAC, Lutein + Zeaxanthin, and B Complex on standby. But I don’t regularly take B Complex because of flushing, and NAC because of skin rashes. Great if you ever catch a respirator illness.
I also make a lot of smoothies with fruit, green tea, ginger and turmeric with protein powder. Cook with a lot of garlic.
High quality food I can buy because I’m not blowing my money on snake oil pills
Same. I wish I had a vitamin company, they make so much money on what is ostensibly just pissed out by the takers.
Hunh? israelites are the ones making money off pills that do nothing, dude. They're not the ones informing you you don't need to waste your money.
>they dont do anything goyim, instead buy from my company that charges 20x more for "real" food and lose more money then you ever would
What kind of big nosed demon are you? You have to be baiting.
Yeah bro eating actual food is bad, buy and regularly consume big pharma pills and powders instead am i rite
Post receipt
You don't even know what narrative you're pushing anymore.
Just say you're poor instead of trying to appear like the smart guy here.

I just started microdosing 2.5mg tadalafil 2 days ago but haven't felt any difference. Should I wait more for results or should I increase the dose?

>I am planning to start taking collagen peptides but they are not quite cheap
Is collagen not dirt cheap? I take glycine, which is more expensive than collagen, and the price is still negligible.
How long did it take you to get D levels up?
I've been taking D for 3 months, and I haven't noticed anything yet.
Nobody has any original thoughts on this board. You people will do anything except eat nutritious food and lift.

You don't need supplements, guys.
Just eat high quality food. (whatever that is)
Our ancestors were so much healthier before the israelites conspired with the reptilians and Illuminati to put strange chemicals in our food.
