      funny how everyone on IST became an expert endocrinologist and started prescribing random supplements (and claiming that they're ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED) to anons without knowing their diet, lifestyle, or blood levels just as all these supplement companies started popping up out of nowhere huh?

      almost like our physiology is incredibly complex and eating random capsules full of plastic and crushed glass probably isn't the ideal way of absorbing nutrients.

    Getting my D3 levels up has given me a massive improvement in how I feel daily I combine it with K2 and magnesium

    So a vitamin baseline, some fiber, some oligoelements, some fish oil and some brotein.
    The D3 is because I really don't get a lot of sunlight, and that can make me sad.
    The weird shrooms are probably useless for me, but I give them to my wife so I started taking them first to see how they'd hit.

    I want to say I feel less like a lazy piece of shit since I started taking all that stuff, but that's tricky to assess objectively.

          The capsules are vastly underdosed, you are geiing a single gram of fiber in those two pills. Combined.
          As for the multi, I like source of life by natures plus, or any other whole food multivitamin. The generic cellulose matrix ones with synthetic vitamisn have beens Joan to not absorb very well.

            Oh yeah.. I just compared the numbers between my sad multivitamin and nature plus' and they are wildly different.
            One concern is that it overlaps with the ZMA supplement enough that I'm not sure I should take both together.
            Alright, that looks legit, I'll give it a shot. Thanks for the recommendation!

    Almost all supplements are cringe
    Protein powders to help increase protein in your TDEE is good
    creatine is good if you're about 5% increases in performance
    you shouldn't be supplementing omega3 just eat fish
    everything else you can get from eating vegetables

    I have some NAC, Lutein + Zeaxanthin, and B Complex on standby. But I don’t regularly take B Complex because of flushing, and NAC because of skin rashes. Great if you ever catch a respirator illness.

    I also make a lot of smoothies with fruit, green tea, ginger and turmeric with protein powder. Cook with a lot of garlic.
