homie just stop buying it. You have to go out of your way to her it. It's more effort to continue doing it than it is not doing it at all. If you weren't such a homosexual, you'd be able to go 5 minutes without sucking on phallic objects.

    Cause it's addictive

I quit smoking (cigarettes) though, so I can tell you it is doable. Prepare to try and fail several times before getting it though. Just make sure that after you snap and buy more that you trash it as soon as you can and get back on with the process of quitting.

There were a lot of times I would buy a pack, smoke two and then throw the rest out (in a trash can at a public park so I couldn't just pull them back out later)

It is solely down to your own weakness and lack of actually will to quit. If you will it, you will do it; until then, you’re just a weak b***h who likes the idea of quitting.

Just gradually reduce the strength until it's zero so you can tackle the nicotine addiction and oral fixation seperately.

Most of it is done during early part of that month. By 2nd weekend your like 80% fixed. It works like gains. For super nicotine receptors you would need to use antagonist. Frick they night help you quit as they make nicotine not work. Ones I know are DXM and bupropion

Is it though? I've smoked tobacco a few times but never felt like it did anything and never had any cravings. Over the past month however I've been using the max strengh 21mg nicotine patches as an experiment to see if there's any nootropic benefit. Honestly I haven't felt anything overt, and skipping the patch for a few days after using it for weeks hasn't resulted in any cravings or withdrawal either.

Am I just a freakish nonresponder immune to nicotine?

Everyone is like that at first. You're not addicted until suddenly you are. Seriously, stop playing with that shit. Play stupid games win stupid prizes.

I used the power of positive visualization to quit cigarettes. Every time I founf myself craving it I would picture Paulie saying "what about being normal, is that so fricking hard?" or Tony saying "Alright, but you gotta get over it.". If I really was about to buy some, like walking to the place, I would picture Johnny Sack screaming "Is this how you try???". Two years since my last smoke.

    I though so too
Then one day i just threw it in the trash and held on for 3 day for it to go waya(thankfully I was unemployed at the time)
Then after a week the urge went away
After a few months something really stressful happened and I didn’t t relapse
    (When most people relapse)
It goes away you just have fo make 72 hours
    Just remind yourself 72 hours
Maybe try a 24-48 hour abstinence once a week till you build up the mental fortitude to quit for good

It's because you've only tried it. If you've done it for several months and in excess, it'll be harder to quit.

Bro it feels good lmao. I use nicotine pouches though.

      >nicotine after sex
      >nicotine in the morning with coffee
      >nicotine after the gym

god damn I need to quit but my body loves it

The withdrawals are shitty. Nicotine withdrawals are 10X worse than when I stopped caffeine or adderall. It literally haunts your thoughts for a month straight and constantly tests you

ok I'm not actually that against nicotine by itself specifically because it has some positive neuroprotective properties, but I didn't realize you wrote nicotine "pouch" until being about 70% of the way there and started ranting about addicts

        so here u go 😀

        >"but bro it feels so good bro!!!!" have a nice day, you're so fricking pathetic, imagine a machine needing a hit of some arbitrarily chosen chemical because it fricks up its programming to the point it perceives it as good in any way shape or form, you're fricking pathetic, the withdrawals alone should tell you it's shit but noooo ''bro its so good bro"

        >you're a joke, and so is anyone addicted to any fricking substance, how can you be so fricking weak
