So instead of trying to stretch the bones like a moron. Would it be possible to transplant longer femurs from a healthy doner into a smaller patient? Like remove the short femur, disconnect all of the muscles and ligaments, then insert the longer doner femur and reattach everything. Recovery would probably be just as bad but at least it would be a solid unbroken bone.

The soft tissue can’t adapt if you suddenly increase limb length, that’s one reason why it has to be done slowly.

in theory it would work, except at first and maybe even indefinitely there'd be the need for another inch or two to be able to see that your manlet is showing with this opinion

What the frick dude your bones don’t just float there in the body they’re attached to a shitload of things, nerves and muscle tendons joints all types of shit have to be connected, at the knee thigh hip back groin and torso, the size of It wouldn’t even be practical in a tier 0 civilisation so it’s not a question of can we do it. It’s just stupid beyond belief. Just imagine the fricking incision to get the femur out and the new one in. And even if it was doable (it is) and practical at that, it could get rejected. All this to add 2 inches so in your head women will approach you.

I would imagine getting a matching set of femurs from a donor for cosmetic surgery would be unimaginably more expensive that using metal rods, probably 10x the cost easily

      >This is galaxies levels of coping
Exactly coping that you won't magically heal is homosexual levels of cope

OP let me explain something to you, and anyone that is genuinely considering this "surgery".
If you pay attention to sports at all, something as simple as busting a knee can very easily be a career ender. Yes, most will heal and get back to full recovery, but very rarely will those players that suffered a severe injury ever play the same again. Most will play noticeably worse than before their major injury. Keep in mind, these are elite athletes with some of the best genetics on the planet with access to the best physio, nutrition, and drugs money can buy.
Now take a look at leg lengthening surgery. They are quite literally shattering your fibia/tibia bones and letting them heal slightly offset in such a way to increase it's overall length. Yes, you'll be taller, but do not expect to have the same strength, or even general physical capabilities as you had before you went and shattered your bones.
So for any anon wanting a couple extra inches of height, do not ever expect to lift the same as you did before the surgery. Heck, understand that you may not ever walk the same again, and in severe cases, never walk again.
If the full function of your legs is something important to you, I suggest taking a hard look at yourself and stop associating self worth with such vain characteristics. You may just need to stop using the internet entirely until you can feel confident in who you are.

      Didn't read. You're a fricking idiot

Im 5'9 but I want to be 6'0. Most people in my family are 6'2 plus except for me which hurts. The weird thing is, I tend to have bigger proportions than most duds who are 5'11 to 6'0. I usually have longer arms, bigger feet/hand, and usually equal legs. My torso is just pretty short. The cut off I've noticed is at 6'2. People at that hight usually have better everything than me. I think 6'0 is a good hight that won't look too unproportionate like most results I've seen.

I think I should still be able to lift heavy after that

      Great post, very insightful.
Manlets get a hard time on here, that's for sure, but if anything that should make them grow thicker skin.
Yes, people hate you because you're short. Get over it man. Even if you were the ideal chad that you have in your mind, people will still find reasons to hate you, and instead of being insecure about your height, you'd somehow be insecure about your comic book cartoon proportioned jaw, or eyebrow ridge, or whatever the hell else.

I hate recommending going to reddit, but you need to read the testimonials and videos of people who had this surgery.
Apparently, it's common for one limb to grow longer than the other, that's why the guy on OP's pic legs are uneven.

Males who are short make less, are less educated, have higher suicide rates, lower dating pools, more self-esteem issues, more mental health problems, etc.

Depends. A short male and a troony have parallels. A short man that is suicidal might still kill themselves after getting them, but that said it is indeed their only hope. Ass life either way. God literally does it to watch people kill themselves since it brings him pleasure

Get the surgeries. The dumbasses saying "just accept it" are dumb Black folk that don't comprehend how hellish it is. Jump on PEDs and go full roidtroony. That's my plan. I want to rope after I get my final form. I recommend going heavy into crypto btw. Once gary releases the spot etfs next year, EVERYTHING is going to go fricking INSANE. 50% btc. 40% blue chips. 10% shitcoins (very diversed for shitcoins. Like 100-1000 per each).

Pretty telling, I went with a friend to a hair transplant clinic, yes friend not me I can take a pic of my temples and the back of my head, and pretty much all the dudes that worked there had had it done to them/didn’t need it.

Though to be fair for all I know the surgeon DID have it done and used to be even shorter
