no. do really high rack pulls, really heavy and hold for time.
low weight grip strengthening has not much carry over to things that are 200-500% heavier
yes
moron
Never done rack pulls because I dont want to ruin perfectly good barbells. Can I just use the smith machine or something?
sure, just start really high and use side stoppers if it has them. work up to a load that is the same or higher than what you can normally double overhand from the ground. beat your time, every time.
source i double overhand 200kg for reps
just hold something heavy in your hands for time
Don't forget plate pinches
no

60kg is starter level
No. Just do high rep sets of deadlifts and progress with the high rep sets if you're having grip issues. Or do RDL to increase the time you have to hold on to the bar.
My plan is to do a set raw after my strapped sets and just try to get that as strong as possible. Even if it's still quite far behind my strapped (full) performance, my grip will still be much improved. Currently, I'm a guy with a 410 DL who can barely DOH 3pl8s on a stiff bar.
Problem with high rep set of deadlifts is that they frick up your hands badly, at least for me. I use straps and train my grip other ways, never had problems with DL grip anyways, I just do it for bigger forearms. my 1RM currently is 270kg with hook grip.

same, I got hyperhidrosis in my palms as well so these freshly chalked up hands will become soaking wet after just 8 reps.
I bought this one, because it seemed like the most cool one. Is it good?
Obviously the best one.
deadlifting will
I got insane grip strength from just holding lightweight dumbbells in a death grip for hours every day as I do over a thousand reps.
Oh also, pressing two dumbbells as hard as possible together while doing lifts.
People don't realize you can train your grip just by death gripping almost anything, can be a towel or a tennisball. Also a good habit to grip as hard as you can everytime you do any lift.
Test
Yes, I wouldn't buy cheap grippers though. Buy CoC or some other brand.
