You will simply not going to maintain this for more than 10 days, after that you will vomit at the mere sight of one more portion of the same stuff you've been eating for so long

[...] >Turkey and asparagus
Yeah moron is because both of those foods taste like shit. Try chicken thighs (bone out) with some well cooked basmati rice from a rice cooker and and good ol fresh oj on the side.
>implying its burnt
first time seeing seasoned food?
My man. There's a reason why I can eat it every day. Gotta eat good if you wanna pack on the mass
homie it's blackened, a normal way to cook chicken. It's heavy on the blackening but given that the entire rest of the dish is submerged and essentially boiling in juice it's fine.

Its my mom's aunt's recipe with some modifications. Bone in skin on thighs + breasts in the pan. Get yer basic spices; salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, cayenne; i throw on red chili flakes and dried rosemary as well. And then the finisher is half a bottle of italian dressing, packet of onion soup mix, and a few spoonfulls of apricot preserves. Blend that up and pour over evenly. 375 for about an hour forty give or take. Slice the breasts a bit after its done and let soak in the juice for a bit. Shit's dank as hell and leftovers are great so its good for lunches n dinners next couple days. It has been my staple protein for the last 5 or 6 years
Interesting, i should try something similar i just hate having no variety for several days in a row.

Factos. I did a week where two of my meals were asparagus rice and turkey. I haven't had asparagus or turkey since.

Why eat the fat from the chicken skin? For carbs what do you eat. Oh also halfway flip the chicken thighs so you don’t burn them. Also thighs cook easier so at then after 15 after putting the chicken breasts in. Also buy rice cooker
>ketchup is for kids
why do all moronic people post this? theyll talk down ketchup but then add tomato paste, salt, and vinegar to their food for the flavor
Bone in chicken thighs are easily half the price of already done bone out thighs. Takes an extra two minutes of prep to save like fricking $6 at this point jesus when did chicken get this pricey

Are you a fricking moron? You don't cook breasts and thighs together. Bone in thighs and breasts are done literally 40-50 degrees different from each other.
>cook at 375 for an hour and forty minutes >cooking any chicken for an hour and 40 minutes, let alone breasts
I'm growing tired of my strawberry whey, used to enjoy the taste but it feels too artificial and sweet now. Still have half of pack left. Any tips how to make the flavor better or more interesting?
Literal goyslop
What's it like being terminally moronic?
6/10 bait

I eat chicken rice and broccoli twice a day, almost everyday. And I have done it for years. Just make better food
Jesus imagine having to clean this.

Bro its ceramic and cleans like a dream
>implying its burnt
My man. There's a reason why I can eat it every day. Gotta eat good if you wanna pack on the mass
homie it is burnt. the other parts are clearly cooked properly
You want the skin on the thighs blackened a bit. That's just the best way to do it I don't know what to tell ya

Cause they're tasty and I'm a big boy and need the calories. And I have a rice cooker homie. A nice zojirushi
Its like adding sugar to spaghetti sauce; just cuts the acidity a bit and as long as you don't add too much compliments the rest of the flavors nicely
>cuts the acidity
Confirmed that this guy doesn't know how to cook. And neither does his grandma.
You're not supposed to eat the bone.
Now you tell me
>ketchup is for kids
why do all moronic people post this? theyll talk down ketchup but then add tomato paste, salt, and vinegar to their food for the flavor
Because it's filled with sugar.
Also nobody adds tomato paste for flavor lol
OK but none of those are sugar right? Sugar flavored tomatoes are for children
Because ketchup is high fructose corn syrup, not just frickin tomato paste.
Chicken thigh is kino. I'll probably prep some for next week.
Bone out because I'm not going to pay for bones in my meat.

Looks bretty good, how'd you season the chicken?

You underestimate my autism, anon.
frick off normie
How does it feel knowing you'll never make it?
I have ate an entire carton of cottage cheese nearly every day for the past two years. You have a weak stomach
The best diet is modified keto
Basically eat keto but add carbs and all the other good shit that diet bans. Then insist on calling it "keto" anyway to annoy the ketoschizos
Add more veg variety. Just add a salad (as a delivery vehicle for beetroot, peppers, squash, cheese etc) and fry livers or kidneys two days a week.
Eating same meal over and over again is based autism.
I've been eating rice, chicken, broccoli for like 2 years now. Only now have I swapped it up a bit, but not tired of it at all.
This is fine. Just find some sauces or seasonings to change it up.
When me and moxyte did keto for 50 days I ate the same meals every day for 50 days and lost 33 pounds. Mox failed and still scorned to this day.
Keto induced delusions from keto induced schizophrenia. I feel sorry for you.
Double the amount of chicken and you're good.
Bros how many days after going to the gym do I have to eat a lot?
Is it 3 days muscle recovery? After that the food is stored as fat?
I'm growing tired of my strawberry whey, used to enjoy the taste but it feels too artificial and sweet now. Still have half of pack left. Any tips how to make the flavor better or more interesting?
no need for the rice
Looks good, what hot sauce do you use? I like a blend of cheap mild salsa and ghost pepper sauce
