Yes, I know, im 2 months in, but im deliberately taking my time and going through a rep range before moving up weight so its a lot smoother but slower progression
I did ss 3 years ago and went up to ~130kilo squat in ~4 months from nothing, then took a break for 2 years, now im trying a different, a lot slower, approach(which means I basically completely neglect strength gains)
