what about alcohol intake, and soda/other liquid calories?

I drink almost exclusively water. No soda and rarely alcohol. It's a miracle I hate soda, otherwise I'd be far worse

              >I drink almost exclusively water.
When i was a fat frick i was drinking only water aswell. I guess it was because i satisfying all of my cravings with food. Now when i am lean and muscular i literally cannot even swallow a sip of water without having a gag reflex. All of my drinks have to be super sweet (using artificial sweeteners) and i don't eat any junk, sweets or other shit that is high in calories and barely any important macros.

if you drink a lot of alcohol, or have soda/juice every day, you could cut this out over the next few weeks and lose several pounds
ideally, you would cut down on eating junk food too, but cutting out all liquid calories is the easiest thing you could do.
adding in some form of running/walking/biking a few times a week will help too, but you need to be careful that you don't overeat after doing this. if you've never played any sports, I would recommend going for a longish walk (say 3 or 4 miles) a few times a week, just make sure you're moving at a moderate pace
if you add in a few sets of push ups and pull-ups (if you can do them) a couple of times a week, you will definitely see a difference in how your body looks in a month -- don't expect to turn into gigachad yet, but it will be noticeable to you.
if you have access to some dumbbells, you can throw in some curls or something too. most girls like arm definition
it all depends on your willpower, bro

              >lose several pounds
Keep in mind that someone who has no muscle mass will look horrific after dropping weight.

bro, we're talking about dropping from 196 to maybe 190 pounds. he's not going to have a bunch of loose skin.

alright, well in that case, you're going to have to cut back on the junk food. if you have a habit of snacking a lot in between meals, or eating ice cream or cookies for dessert, I would start by removing that

Literally zero. It takes a lot of time being consistent to see results. I always find it funny when nonlifters ask if they will gain shit within some moronicly short time frame while people who acutally look good has been doing this shit for decades.

So what you're saying is, if I wasn't already a ripped chad in high school, I never will be while I'm still young?

Are you fricking moronic or something? You literally asked if you are going to see changes within a month, which is absolutely nothing. 99% of regular lifters barely look different after a year.

For fricks sake Black person, do you even lift? You clearly don't because you have no idea what "being flat" means and that applies to people with actual muscle mass. I mean that non-lifting fat fricks will most likely look like shit after dropping some weight. People who were skinny by default always look better if we compare them side to side. Perma skinny guy will have better body composition than someone who was on the fatter side, dropped weight and now is at the same body weight and body fat percentage as the first guy.
