1 year exercising, zero results

I've been exercising every day for ONE YEAR and still am skinny fat. Literally what am I doing wrong? Why don't I get results?

      these and based on the pic you posted I assume you drink and smoke, these are less important factors than training/diet but still have negative impact. Also your sleep is probably inconsistent.

    You're probably an unathletic moron. Some people just don't get it, you aren't built for this. You are trying to adapt athletic high performance behaviors but you are a dysgenic lump. You are completely out of tune with your body, you are incapable of feeling yourself, understanding what is going on with your body, and making adjustments. You just walk into the gym and brainlessly lift and put down certain weights a certain amount of times without any sort of awareness in whether what you are doing is effective and why or why not. I normally say personal trainers are a scam, but for people as dumb as you it might be worth it.

    you arent training hard enough. "going through the motions" isnt good enough. last reps, more volume. you gotta push yourself not just get through the workout.
    that and u probably either drinking or doing drugs or have a shit diet, all of that will halt any progress

        fasting and exercise both are stressors for your body that cause it to grow and regenerate
        without that you will die much faster as your body never cleans house
        in fact, in the absence of stressors your body becomes actively weaker until you are diseased
        the relevant behaviours can easily be identified in children and there are plenty of resources on fasting/exercise and longevity
        obviously those behaviors are mostly lacking in adults as they are irreperably psychologically damaged, especially when it comes to social functioning
        this is not the case in isolated tribal communities, take a look

    I did this exact shit when I was 14. You are (and I was) doing one of 3 things:
    >Not eating enough protein
    >Not training hard enough
    >Not training often enough
    If you work out 3+ times a week and eat enough protein and you are sore most of the time after your workout you WILL gain muscle
