That study was somewhat flawed too as it didn't do a 8 week later follow up on the 500mg groups and they had no way of measuring compliance in the group which was supposed to abstain from resistance training.
Without a follow up measurement you don't have any good way of testing whether or not the increases of lbm were muscular tissue or glycogen/mineral retention/edema from increased e2.
