      1) While I cook, I only spill about 90% of the egg or less, there's still some in the eggshells.
      2) some % of eggs are glued to the pan.
      3) when I cook, I see vapor, therefore less eggs and less protein once again.

        If you get 40g of protein from the eggs,that means 1/3rd of the eggs are still in the pan or you didnt eat them
        If that were actually true you'd need to shave 1!3rd of the calories off the eggs, which you didnt do, you only subtracted 100 from the total

        Peel the membranes out, they will come out quite easily and they have collagen and other goodies.
        Can be a bit wonky feeling though so I often gather them, dry them out and use in foods.
        Powdered eggshells are also a good source of calcium and can be also used in filter coffee to mellow the taste a bit (in with the ground coffee).

          Based on what? We have studied saturated fats for a long time and there is not a single study that can prove they are in themselves harmful, quite the opposite.
          All the studies claiming heart disease and other garbage are badly made or paid, you can start with the Minnesota Coronary Experiment to get some clue what this "scientific field" is all about, e.g. we don't like the results so we hide it in a cellar and make up stuff.     Maybe it's the way I cooked them. But I even have mini-puke reflexes thinking about eggs now. I hope it will pass until tomorrow.
