That was unironically his reasoning. He said he got shredded and didn’t like how it looked so now he lifts less. It felt a bit like a cope to me but I also realize not everyone’s goal body is Mr. Olympia.
I was reading into these genetic tests.
Basically, from what I've understood is that anything below 5% can be completely disregarded, usually people get those tiny percentages because these genetic companies are essentially just guessing, and unless you verify via family tree tracing, it's not a reliable percentage.
Why these ~~*genetic testing*~~ companies don't just put "unassigned" for those last stray percentages is another discussion.
>what's perspective? >what do you mean that objects appear bigger when they're closer to the camera?
Can't tell if you're baiting or if you're just that fricking moronic.
Is there any point in lifting if you're below 5'10? Women still won't like you, men won't respect you since you're so short. Even after I've gotten much stronger nothing has changed I'm still a virgin and all of my friends abandoned me. What now?
The fact that he thinks this is impressive, so much so that he frequently does it, is incredibly pathetic. Shames me to see. It is unironically complete cringe
if you've seen it enough to know how "frequently" he does it, you'd know that he does it for the ironic cringe. however, how is that not something to be personally proud of? he's bigger/stronger than literally most of his audience, and probably the people in this thread/board. if you have a very personal feeling about it, thats 100% on you, and YOU got trolled. very fragile of you.
This exact thing was posted in the last thread with the exact same subject and picture, why do this? Are people getting paid to do this by someone? Is this some severe mental illness? An attempt to replicate funny moments in a thread?
So basically in gaming a 'sleeper' is a build where your character doesn't look particularly impressive but they absolutely decimate when given the opportunity.
I've been researching fitness and I'm essentially trying to 'gamify' it to maintain my interest. I always opt for sleeper builds because I'm not interested in vanity but I like to subvert expectations and dominate people who you wouldn't expect me to, so that's how I want to approach fitness.
I understand that to develop this I need to focus on strength sets (1-5 reps) rather than hypertrophy (8-12) and build the 'skill' of strength. I do not intend on cutting and have no interest in gaining weight. I have no interest in looking 'visibly' muscular because I feel like it would put me to close to these hedonistic vanity-based tiktok bodybuilders who have very different motivations. I just want to be a normal looking dude who can be crazy strong when he needs to be.
I haven't started yet as I'm still developing my strategy. I'm wondering if there are any tricks or exercises that will help me develop strength while limiting potential hypertrophy as much as possible. I'm already including deadlifts, snatches, cleans (no jerk or presses as they're very shoulder isolating) and farmers carrys for example.
Hypertrophy = strength. Sarcoplasmic vs myofibrillar is in reality pump vs actual hypertrophy. Your muscles WILL grow, and you should train in hypertrophy range anyway + do a couple sets of low reps for the "skill". But you can't avoid hypertrophy if you want to be "crazy strong". It's a fantasy.
Most of the impression of size in natties comes from pecs and upper arms. Train shoulders, forearms (you'll look "athletic" but not "large" as a natty from training them). Train torso muscles (traps, serratus, core, ....) with the exception of pecs. Your exercise selection looks good. I'd add kroc rows, ohp/jerk and whatever trains your brachialis without rest of the upper arm coming into play. Lots of grip and wrist training too. Look at oly lifters, they don't look big with a shirt on.
It's a moronic anime watcher goal but it's interesting to talk about.

Thanks in advance big guys, also checked OP
I mean like, you CAN look small and be able to utilize your ass and traps and legs explosively enough to move heavy weights. But without strong arms, a lot of basic strength stuff, like carrying something large in front of you, will be out of the question. And shoulders don't contribute much to visual impression of bulkiness/bodybuildiness in natties.
Also do stomach vacuums and shit, thin midsection is important if you want to look weak vs fridge mode.
if you was big af you wouldnt need to "suprise" anyone they would simply not frick with you
you are inviting danger and thinking you will brute force your way out of getting hit from behind by 2 dudes
you are cringe, real life isnt a JRPG
sleeper builds are a meme, you are either strong or not,you are basically describing low bodyfat twink with alot of tone but no meat or strength.
just rope yourself
there is no gamification,no shortcuts or special tricks, you get up and do it even when your brain is screaming at you it dont want too,you eventually get used to it and it becomes routine and you feel disgusting if you take more than 2 days off and start worrying you are losing your gains.
What's so hard to believe? Those lift numbers are laughable and embarassing for "lifting for many years". If he just did progressive weight training from the start he would have been a lot stronger and bigger, thus looking better. Benching 225 for 5 reps is not being in the top "0.0001%" of strongest people in the world. The average bench of someone that goes to the gym for years is 235. Weighted calisthenics are not impressive when you dont weigh shit.
I would not ever post those numbers on the internet and then proceed to say that I'm top 0.0001% strength. Those are literally sub-first-year lifting numbers. He's been spinning his wheels for years to hit that shit. He's not strong. He just has a minimum amount of muscle and is lean as shit. His whole post is cringe as frick when you realize how weak he really is and then realize that he is suckung his own duck and getting high on his own facts when he is weak compared to the average gym bro
Get off IST and talk to people outside of the gym.
Most people cannot do 5 pushups. Being able to bench 225 for one rep makes you stronger than 99% of the general population. Doing it for 5 is impressive if you don't weigh 250lbs.
Doesn’t exist. I’m natty and I’ve been training sets of 1-10 preacher curls for a year. I finally hit 3x1 5pl8 machine preacher curls… Was never trying to look a certain way, just training for practical strength and I enjoy the grind. Even before then, I was getting many compliments on my arms from guys at the gym, but now it is constant. I am almost guaranteed to get arm/ bicep mires every time I hit the gym, especially on or around arm day.
If you're interested in just having sheer strength, do manual labor for extended periods of time. It puts more pressure on your tendons and bones as well, and it forces your body to exert itself in weird positions and at weird angles.
There's a reason why people like mechanics, miners and construction workers don't look particularly big, but can frick shit up on par with a bodybuilder.

>Hypertrophy = strength
You are only half right. Size does not equal strength and that's it. Size equals total potential strength. The power that's actually exerted is also dependent on how many of the muscle fibers you can recruit at once, and how resistant the adjacent body parts are (tendons, bone).
So sure, a bodybuilder's bicep could theoretically lift 1 ton at peak exertion, but that bodybuilder is not gonna be able to lift even half of that weight if only a third of the muscle fibers are being used, or if the body part suffers catastrophic failure (ever wonder why roiders take trips to snap city so often?). >But you can't avoid hypertrophy if you want to be "crazy strong".
Yea that is true. Evolution in strength will inevitably be limited by the size of the muscle. But there still is a window where you can be surprisingly strong but look small simply by recruiting more of the existing muscle fibers rather than creating more muscle fibers. It's highly dependent on genetics though. Some people build muscle easier, others recruit more fibers easier.
I thought it was 12 years in the last thread?
>When you're too scared to ever bulk.
That was unironically his reasoning. He said he got shredded and didn’t like how it looked so now he lifts less. It felt a bit like a cope to me but I also realize not everyone’s goal body is Mr. Olympia.
TBF, he's short so I find it believable that he could be shredded or at least muscular
how do I make sure I am bulking
We just had this thread. I don’t know who this guy is nor do I care. If you want to shill him, then buy an advertisement.
Wtf kind of weird hapa mutt genes make his elbow so big compared to his shoulder and upper arms
Harakiricel
Funny thing is he's not a mutt at all.
t. hapa who looks a lot like him.
He did a DNA test
>he's not a mutt at all.
pic rel is the mutts dna test
>0.5%
>0.5% israeli

what's even worse is he's like 5ft 2
Why is his shoulder muscle mass missing? This is a shoop right? Why would someone make him only look bigger on his tricep?
bicepcurlcel
He admitted in that same video that he doesn't like being too big because he's a midget and it looks weird
Same. I'm his height and you really can't lift your way out of this shit. All you can do is try your best to be proportional and stay out of prison.
He never bulked. He stayed 145 lbs for 10 years
pretty big arm
Is there any point in lifting if you're below 5'10? Women still won't like you, men won't respect you since you're so short. Even after I've gotten much stronger nothing has changed I'm still a virgin and all of my friends abandoned me. What now?
It’s your face not your height, now back to the cellar uggo while the decent looking manlets slay puss
I don’t even think I’m ugly im 5/10 face?
You're a good looking dude, probably mog most people on IST
fit is ugly
you look good, judging by that earing you are gay and id let you be my BF
Well thanks but I’m straight sry ;-;
Just get LL bro, you’ll be satisfied way more than any fitgay,3-4 months of pain(if you plan on lengthening 6-7 inches) for a lifetime of happiness
Post wife + House + income from playing games all day
>I'm still a virgin and all of my friends abandoned me.
That's because you're a homosexual, not because you're under 5'10 moron.
The fact that he thinks this is impressive, so much so that he frequently does it, is incredibly pathetic. Shames me to see. It is unironically complete cringe

have a nice day homosexual
brb gonna quit my gym and use that money for leg lengthening
OP homosexual status: confirmed
the guy is 4 feet... he has the frame of a 12 year old... what did you expect ?
so better not anger him
short people have manlet rage caused by the fact that the head is way too much closer to the ass
you can lever relax closer to a manlet
corn cob smile, why is it so hard for people to brush their fricking teeth
Those are healthy teeth, mutt. Not everyone is obsessed with whitening teeth and making them look like plastic.

It's this. They are starved of attention and like the small dopamine hit of getting a (you)
5.6 manlets both of you eh ?
kek
No I'm not
>mfw i'm 171cm
honestly 168cm is the bare minimum
It's funny because he actually addressed this in his latest video. He browses this board. He sees these threads LOL
sauce?
you're welcome.
Cool thing about this guy is that he has an AI that is trained on finding his smile in video clips. I guess this is him without all the editing
No
This is the face of a man whose best friend has killed himself, but his corpse is still parading around in a skirt.
tf is happening here
its so funny how willing anons are to believe that people visit these boards. you think he ACTUALLY visits here? you're delusional.
He 100% visited some board back when he was fun and we all know you're here forever. 2+2=4 simple as.
He looks absolutely mortified.
Like he just witnessed his best friend die.
wait. Wasn't he like some kind of nutrition major? If anyone he would know how to not look like a whatever the frick he is
Supposedly he’s a registered dietician? But I don’t know if I believe that. Seems more likely he’s a nutritionist, if anything.
>nutrition major=bodybuilder goal physique
what did he mean by this?
exercise common sense to failure until you find out
hes at the natty limit though. this is the peak of what a natty lifter can except to attain
My untreated ADHD has kept me with the same body since 2017

This is untrue.
In this scenario being a “sleeper” means carrying a firearm.
-.-

That's just calisthenics
that back is fricking insane
