Depends. That’s definitionally tachycardia, but if you just started working out again and have recently had a tougher workout your resting heart rate could be elevated for a day or so.
Happened to me and I was a little scared at first but I’m still alive and my resting heart rate is normal now.
I'm an alcoholic in my 30s with sub optimal sleep schedule and my resting heart rate (when sober) is just below 50. What the frick are you doing?

Normally my hearts resting rate is always 55-60. I’ve been having a lot of anxiety lately because the mother of my best friend died and he became a burden and basically I have to deal with his mania.
Also there is a crazy amount of work I have to get done but I’m so exhausted that I can’t work more than 2 hours. Lifting was fine 2 days ago but I think it all started last night. I drunk tons of milk and had a diarrhoea before going to bed and basically this morning I woke up with 90bpm and it’s been 6 hours than I have constantly 100bpm and when I walk I’m around 120. (Also slept 5 hours only)
Also I’m anxious af because I have a business trip in a month and I get panic attacks when I’m outside my country and I have to answer them today on if I wanna go.(is my biggest gig of the year)
Also I’m 32 and at a healthy weight and I didn’t take the vaxxx
It sounds like you should make some changes to your life. Reduce your workload and stress. Also, stop having anxiety/panic attacks. That shit's for women.
>. Also, stop having anxiety/panic attacks.
It it possible that they are triggered because i run out of theanine and magnesium? I haven't had such an anxious day in a long time

Gatorade is dogshit and unhealthy
It also has a lot of sodium. Drink water

coconut water is good if you want electrolytes

Yeah it has a lot of sodium to replenish all the sodium you lose through sweating
I never drink it either because it's way too sweet and artificial, but the sodium might be the only good thing about it
Im wondering if monitoring your heart rate rn is actually a bad thing. You see it high which makes you anxious, and the anxiety keeps it high. Ive been there. It sucks. Stop monitoring it for awhile and do some deep breathing exercises. you need to get this anxiety under control
This is 100% true. I have high blood pressure. If I check my blood pressure all the time, it is all over the place because I am anxious about the outcome and it will be up and down all day. My doctor said to just check it once a day and without being constantly anxious and worried about it I'm at a steady 120/80'ish on meds.
>I’ve been having a lot of anxiety lately because the mother of my best friend died and he became a burden and basically I have to deal with his mania.
You sounds homosexual. Maybe lay off the poppers.
is that actually your resting heart rate? measurements taken at the doctor's office are not very accurate. you can get a pulse oximeter online for $10 or so if it's something you care to monitor. that said, 100 resting is bad. my health is shit and i'm around 75.
Usually I have a RHR of 40, but yesterday I played a footy match at 8pm, and when I wanted to go to sleep at 1am my heartrate was over 90. Only slept 6 hours as a result (and yes I can confirm OP's pic is accurate, I'm feeling good)
how do you get yours so low? I do a shit ton of cardio and my RHR is usually between 53-57. It actually kicked up to around 62 when I using creatine and it freaked me out so I stopping taking it. A RHR in the 40s is usually seen in Tour De France cyclists
Genetics + doing sports virtually every day
Also my HR only goes down to 40 during sleep (Garmin uses that as RHR). During the day it's usually around 50 when I relax, sometimes higher sometimes lower. Today it's around 60 though because my body is working extra time to recover from the match yesterday
Then that makes sense. Your fitbit isnt wrong. I typically have similar numbers. Fitbit calculates your RHR as an average throughout the day. So there will be times, especially in bed in the morning that it will lower than your average. Its normal
>heart rate
Yes. Go to a doctor if real. >sleep image
7-9 is ideal. If you’re getting 7 and feeling terrible, it’s because you’re getting woken up in the middle of REM sleep
I still get it from time to time. I checked out my heart, made sure it was ok, and basically just try to calm myself with the knowledge that I’m alright. I’m also a therapygay now.
I had it for months on end though, and also had other symptoms, you probably will have a easier time getting over it.
Roughly once a month I get a night where I literally cannot fall asleep. The next day for some reason I feel fantastic and not one bit sleepy. Am I one of those genetic mutants who dont actually need 7 hours daily and I'm oversleeping by forcing myself in bed early?
no, but come to think of it I did lifting/calisthenics/cardio everyday last time I experienced a perdiod of increased heart rate and it subsided once I got lazy and started missing workouts
Thanks bros just woke up with 69bpm which is an improvement. When I started measuring them obsessively again they went up to 80 but I think is an improvement.

You're dehydrated
Also try CBD
How do you know I’m dehydrated? Because of the shits?
Yes and your heart rate goes up when you're dehydrated.
What should I do? Gatorade? Also should I go get magnesium and theanine again? Here is my average heart rate.
Gatorade is dogshit and unhealthy

Have you heard of water
Ketogays say that water dehydrates you. Should I try orange juice?
No they don't, drink water.
If you drink hyper distilled water, it won't necessarily hydrate you.
Get mineral water.
How many litres should I aim for
i dunno, 2-3 litres a day i reckon
You must have been dosed with the vaxx without your knowledge sorry bro
Im wondering if monitoring your heart rate rn is actually a bad thing. You see it high which makes you anxious, and the anxiety keeps it high. Ive been there. It sucks. Stop monitoring it for awhile and do some deep breathing exercises. you need to get this anxiety under control
Yeah checking your heart rate can trigger panic attacks because you are giving yourself reassurance that something is ‘wrong’
This is 100% true. I have high blood pressure. If I check my blood pressure all the time, it is all over the place because I am anxious about the outcome and it will be up and down all day. Having friends is homosexual now?
I'm an alcoholic in my 30s with sub optimal sleep schedule and my resting heart rate (when sober) is just below 50. What the frick are you doing?
If I don't sleep I just feel an out of body euphoria.

Oh that makes way more sense. Mine will down into the 40s pretty much every night too. It is a sign of good health
Is fitbit wrong? I watched myself for 10 minutes this morning and was loving 50-55, so I'm not sure how 59 is still valid for my RHR
were you in bed or laying down when the 50- 55 was recorded?
Yes and yes
Then that makes sense. Your fitbit isnt wrong. I typically have similar numbers. Fitbit calculates your RHR as an average throughout the day. So there will be times, especially in bed in the morning that it will lower than your average. Its normal

7-9 is ideal. If you’re getting 7 and feeling terrible, it’s because you’re getting woken up in the middle of REM sleep
I’ve had that before for long periods and it was caused by anxiety.
How did you cure it
I still get it from time to time. I checked out my heart, made sure it was ok, and basically just try to calm myself with the knowledge that I’m alright. I’m also a therapygay now.
I had it for months on end though, and also had other symptoms, you probably will have a easier time getting over it.
imagine having 8 hours at the top of the chart, for me its the bare minimum, i aim for about 11 a night.
If I sleep more than 9 hours, I feel like I've wasted the day.
Based, I sleep 9-10 hours a day myself. We are meant to rest between hunting meals and evading predators, not work work work like a robot or an ant
My resting heart rate has never been below 90. Is this normal?
technically 60 - 100 is "normal". But mine is rarely above 60. And 90 is pretty fricking high honestly
How old are you? Do you drink caffeine?
I'm 23 now. I don't drink coffee at all because it causes stress and diarrhea even in small amounts
Resting is normal but when doing exercise it goes to near 200.
How do people have such high resting hr? Am I abnormal? pic related.
I'm not a cardiogay btw, I run *at most* one per week for a short distance
Im guessing it only counts your RHR as when you're sleeping?
I don't have a meme watch so no Idea, but I have about 55 before I start my cardio according to my HRM
Roughly once a month I get a night where I literally cannot fall asleep. The next day for some reason I feel fantastic and not one bit sleepy. Am I one of those genetic mutants who dont actually need 7 hours daily and I'm oversleeping by forcing myself in bed early?
mine keeps flactuating like crazy. it's like 55 for some months, then 105 another few months, then 55 again, etc. wtf does this mean?
do you have anxiety?
no, but come to think of it I did lifting/calisthenics/cardio everyday last time I experienced a perdiod of increased heart rate and it subsided once I got lazy and started missing workouts
frick you guys I'm going to bed
9 hours sleep master race reporting in.
You could have anxiety. Be sure to drink a little more water than usual, you may be dehydrated is all
Do you guys count resting as when you're asleep? When I'm sleeping I'm around 55, but resting during the day I'm more like 75
Thanks bros just woke up with 69bpm which is an improvement. When I started measuring them obsessively again they went up to 80 but I think is an improvement.
My walking bpm this morning with dog was 110
>69bpm
nice
Unironically I usually get PRs when sleeping 6 hrs while 7 don't bring any improvements LMAO
