Unless it’s kefir in that there chalice, this meal is a 2/10. Replace sausage with non-hyperprocessed meat, replace waffles with potato, replace ketchup with something green. If kefir, 3.5/10.
Needs way more milk, three more glasses should do, really just bring the jug out here I’ll drink it directly. Could do with more syrup. I won’t eat waffles without syrup.
Other than that. This is maybe a decent meal. Only 3000 calories here tho, your BMR will burn this off by tomorrow morning if you’re not a dyel
