What Is The Best Protein Powder?
None, they're all literal garbage and you have no excuse for not getting your protein need through your diet.
>None, they're all literal garbage and you have no excuse for not getting your protein need through your diet.
What if I am 6'4 and work 8h a day in warehouse?
Drink more milk
I don't know why any of you take their supplements. They lost all credibility from me when I asked their representatives why they don't have any calorie information on their amino acid supplement label. They stated it's because Amino Acids don't have calories. At that point I knew that they had no idea what they were talking about and never touched anything they made.
>5kg bag used to be 60€
>same 5kg bag is now 180€
I understand inflation but 3x price increase over just 2-3 years. how can you explain that shit? lol its just fricking whey
because people still pay it
free money
it was 60 euros with a 40% sale
180 is without sale
so its not that dramatic but the point i agree with
>oy vey goy it's 180 normally but you can have it for 60 on ~~*((sale*~~))
Everyones gouging their customers now. Its the cool thing to do. Thanks Klaus

scheint alles nicht soviel günstiger zu sein als myprotein. am ende vom tag muss ich die 20€ pro kg zahlen egal wo ich bestell. klaunswelt ich sags dir bruder.
Whey protein is going to get more and more expensive as the milk drinking population dwindles.
Why would the milk drinking population dwindle?
Indian century sirs

don’t be poor
We are at a point where actual food and protein bars are on par with whey in terms of protein per $€ spend.
Honestly getting flavor drops or flavor powder system are much cheaper when you pair it with cottage cheese than whey.
yeah I think the trend is going towards """real""" food anyway. they milked the "whey is essential for building muscles"-part to the fullest. now with the jacked up prices I wonder what they will try next.
it has sucralose, fricking disgusting literal cancer chemical
anon. going outside and exposing your skin to the sun is literally more dangerous. yes its probably not good for you but you cant fricking be scared of every single thing in life. probably more cancerous to breath air in modern cities than all the sucralose that you might consume in your life time.
WTF, go be sensible somewhere else. This.Is. 4CHINZ!
Just wait for it to go on sale
Still absurdly expensive compared to what it once was.
You're better off with real food
>buys whey for 10euro per kilo anyways
thank you sweden, very cool!
>all these morons pay full price and don't know the 40% off code
Get fricked scammed
just ordered from this
seems very cheap for current prices tbh
not quite as good as before corona but way better than mp and bulk
lmao thats a 3 month blast cycle
u should have bought tren instead
lmao one bag of whey could buy me a steroid cycle
LMFAO @ nattytards
>you dont need protein when doing steroids
>total increases
>discount % stays the same
>outcome supposed to be the same?
Are you morons trolling or actually fricking stupid?
there has been a rising demand for protein powder as weightlifting (and the marketing for it) increases. It is literally "supply and demand". protein powder was never meant originally to be consumed as much as it is these days; not that it is horrible for you but real, whole food is better.
Not just demand for protein powder, but also shortage of cows/cowland.
>best deal for protein is 24g for $1
i buy eggs and milk for about 50-60g of protein for $1. This shit is a scam
1. Get the cheapest generic whey protein powder.
2. Drink it post-workout, don't forget to add carbs.
3. Apart from creatine, also just plain cheap monohydrate powder, forget about stupid supplements and sort out your diet. Maybe take a multivit and D3 supplement if it's relevant for you.
>1. Get the cheapest generic whey protein powder.
Lol. Enjoy your farts and heavy metals.
>2. Drink it post-workout, don't forget to add carbs.
Lmao.
You've defeated the purpose of high quality, concentrated supplemental protein if you're going to add carbs. You could have just picked a cheaper (your goal in 1.), less protein dense food to meet both goal protein and carbs.
all meals need carbs or else its just a keto meal (not a real meal)
That wasn't the issue, moron.
>you could have just eaten food in stead
that's the entire point, it's just convenience for hitting a meal timing
if you have steak and potatoes waiting for your when you leave the gym of course that's better
Just buy beef gelatin morons
