What Is The Best Protein Powder?

None, they're all literal garbage and you have no excuse for not getting your protein need through your diet.

I don't know why any of you take their supplements. They lost all credibility from me when I asked their representatives why they don't have any calorie information on their amino acid supplement label. They stated it's because Amino Acids don't have calories. At that point I knew that they had no idea what they were talking about and never touched anything they made.

Whey protein is going to get more and more expensive as the milk drinking population dwindles.

Why would the milk drinking population dwindle?

We are at a point where actual food and protein bars are on par with whey in terms of protein per $€ spend.

      Anonymous

Honestly getting flavor drops or flavor powder system are much cheaper when you pair it with cottage cheese than whey.

yeah I think the trend is going towards """real""" food anyway. they milked the "whey is essential for building muscles"-part to the fullest. now with the jacked up prices I wonder what they will try next.

anon. going outside and exposing your skin to the sun is literally more dangerous. yes its probably not good for you but you cant fricking be scared of every single thing in life. probably more cancerous to breath air in modern cities than all the sucralose that you might consume in your life time.

there has been a rising demand for protein powder as weightlifting (and the marketing for it) increases. It is literally "supply and demand". protein powder was never meant originally to be consumed as much as it is these days; not that it is horrible for you but real, whole food is better.

    1. Get the cheapest generic whey protein powder.
    2. Drink it post-workout, don't forget to add carbs.
    3. Apart from creatine, also just plain cheap monohydrate powder, forget about stupid supplements and sort out your diet. Maybe take a multivit and D3 supplement if it's relevant for you.

      >1. Get the cheapest generic whey protein powder.
Lol. Enjoy your farts and heavy metals.
      >2. Drink it post-workout, don't forget to add carbs.
      Lmao.
You've defeated the purpose of high quality, concentrated supplemental protein if you're going to add carbs. You could have just picked a cheaper (your goal in 1.), less protein dense food to meet both goal protein and carbs.

that's the entire point, it's just convenience for hitting a meal timing
if you have steak and potatoes waiting for your when you leave the gym of course that's better
