      >he counts his workouts in his TDEE. Enjoy spinning your wheels and going nowhere

      absolute moron

You're supposed to factor everything into your TDEE, including workouts. He just said it in a weird way because if you're maintaining your weight on X calories while training 4x/week, the workouts are already factored into it. Not to mention that he probably thinks he can rely on a fitness device that overestimates your calories burned.

      [...]
How do you know how many calories you burned, and why does it matter when you're supposed to go with real world data anyway? If you're losing 5 pounds per month on 2000 calories, your maintenance is around 2500 and that's all you need to know. Don't look at your Fitbit telling you that you burned 700 calories and somehow add that to your TDEE. Pick a calorie target, eat that amount for 2-3 weeks and see what happens to your weight, then adjust if needed.

      >How do you know how many calories you burned
how do you know you breathe enough air?

You do you, and if it works, it works, but nobody who actually knows what they're doing looks at how many calories their workout burned and tries to eat according to that. Pick a calorie target, eat that amount for a few weeks and adjust if needed, it's that simple man. This sounds like a fitness noob overcomplicating things for no reason, but do whatever you want.

Yeah, classic. You don't know how many calories your workout burned and it sounds like you're calculating it separately from your TDEE.

Jesus christ dude, good luck with the cut, but you sound like you're looking at your calories burned from one workout when it's all factored into your TDEE already. >my workout today burnt around 700 calories.
anon, whatever the exercise equipment might tell you about burned calories is way off. most of that 700 kcal is just you existing and on top of that since you are cutting, your body will down regulate your NEAT (Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis) and thus this "700 kcal more burned via exercise" will get compensated to become more like 350-450 kcal at most. like the other anon said, don't calculate day to day exercise into your TDEE but instead just make TDEE estimate based on your total weekly average exercise amount and titrate accordingly.

      >I don't see how a couple eggs and cheese can make 120g of protein
there must be 7-8 eggs there add in 200g of grated cheese and you're basically there.

although it looks like maybe 100~ grams of cheese and some minced meat hiding under it.

120g seems pretty realistic on the photo

I lost 25 lbs this past month by just doing ADF. 36/12.
Ate whatever I wanted without counting calories at all on my feeding days.

Keto isn't sustainable long term. Doing adf while restructuring the types of foods you eat is the best way to lose weight and maintain afterwards. As long as you are working over time to improve your macros and portions during your eating windows, you will be fine when you decide to go back to eating daily.
Or you can just do omad indefinitely.

Also, pls press S to shame me for being a depressed homosexual over the past 2 years and turning into a fat frick. Thanks.

No shit keto isn't sustainable in the long run, which is why you just do it to shed some quick weight.

      m0xyte should kill himself.

Other than that, good luck OP, keto helped me shed 30 kgs after the pandemic and I look best in my life. Cheers

good, just don't turn it into cope of "today I worked out so I deserve extra 300-500 kcal of food". not saying you are like that, but there is common phenomenon of that so am just telling it so you don't fall into that common trap. you seem awfully mad for no reason. cortisol is not good for weight loss fren.

See now if you just said that as a way of looking out for your bros instead of the rest of it, then you wouldn't have sounded like such a massive homosexual. And you don't need to worry, I stick my daily calorie target. And WHY does everyone always think someone's mad at the slightest bit of pushback? Jesus Christ is everyone too much of a sook for a bit of banter? Have you got a fricking broccoli cut or something, what's your deal?

just figured you might want more of a reasoning behind why adding supposed exercise calories doesn't work like that since learning is good and all. especially when misconception like "exercise calories stack into TDEE 1:1" exists as commonly as it does. don't want to spinning your wheels. also mate you were throwing off insult after another every sentence there. how does that not sound mad bro. bit of bants is calling someone double Black person and leaving it at that.
