Probably the price it's like 3-4 times the cost per gallon. But yeah that's what happens when you reduce the carbs/sugar by remove lactose and reduce the fat content. You're pretty much just left with protein.
I drink this 2% 18g protein/cup milk. I love the taste and it’s nice to get decent protein intake just from a glass of milk or milk in my coffee but it’s expensive.
just because it says lactose free doesn't mean you have to be lactose intolerant to drink it
bringing this up because of that makes about as much sense of accusing someone of having gluten intolerance for eating chicken breast without bread
You seem to care a fricking lot. Seethe more I suppose.

>13g protein, 80 calories
what's the catch? Macros seem too good to be true
Poor people are filtered by it. Also it actually tastes pretty damn good. Way better than other skim milk.
Fat free/skim milk does have a downside though. It's nutrient profile isn't quite as good as whole milk and certain things are supplemented in it, most notably B12, however often things like B1 are not (and even all the other B's, as well as E and Selenium).
But if you want a lean protein source it's still pretty fricking good.
It's actually the opposite. Chicken and pork are really close 28g vs 30g per dollar. Bulk order whey is also about 30g per dollar. Things like gaye, tuna, most protein fortified slop is about 12-18g per dollar.
So really the only real choice is less vs more fat or carbs in the case of whey.
the catch is the fat free just tastes like chalk. 2% tastes normal, and whole tastes like buttermilk. chocolate tastes like a milkshake and has a calorie content just below normal whole milk.

They run their cattle in concentration camps and abuse the frick out of them until they die. Their milk is likely full of puss from the abuse and other hormonal issues chemically within.

Also just did some quick math you're getting about 17g of protein per dollar so it's about 3-5g under per dollar compared to most protein sources now.
Guess we found the catch.
Price. It’s like 5 dollars for 6 cups, not even a half gallon

is it natrel? fellow leaf here, can't get enough of the stuff

milk is 33g protein for 0,90€ in finland
very good value
Its 1 litre though homosexual will.make you bloated
Brutal. Here's it's 50g per $1/.92 eu, hell even oats here are about 36g $1. But you're getting a lot of calories with it
Krogers brand technically is better than the stuff
Higher price for less milk.
I pretty much drink this as replacement for soft drinks or juice. Macros are god tier, you can get it cheaper at walmart

>sugar and estrogen
No thanks
How do they make it? I am actually jelly of burgers.
If my calculations are correct, it's
>44cals/100ml for 8.8g of protein
skim milk here is
>35cals/100ml but only 3.6g of protein
They run the milk through filters repeatedly. Skim milk is made entirely different.
look for lactose-free milk that's also skim/fat-free
I mix 3 scoops with a pint of this stuff and it works out to 100g protein for 660 calories
