18 inch arms lean, natty?

How likely would it be as a natty to attain 18 inch arms while under 15 percent body fat? Also, share your current arm size, body fat percent, and natty status

    I'd say 18" really lean is pretty much the upper end you can hope for as a natty, a tiny fraction may get to 19" with a pump but then I'd already be very suspicious. I'm very lean but I do tend to hold fat in my arms which sucks because they get big when I'm bulking and deflate like crazy when I'm cutting. Mine are 16" cold but my tris are super weak so I think I have a fair bit of potential to get them bigger quickly.

    At my peak I was over 20" @8% but I'm 6'4 and as a natty, you cant be super lean and big for more than a few days
    The bulk of arm circumference is the tricep so get a big bench for lots of reps and train reverse grip tri and bi work

      Would you say you have big bones? Half an inch on the humerus is half an inch less you have to gain in muscle. Of course, your humerus may be a lot longer and needs more muscle to fill out, but not necessarily. I see this a lot in my taller mates.

    18 inch arms at lean bf is a lot rarer than people think. Too natty bodybuilders max out at around that level. Leaner still, but I would say 90% of ppl bragging about their arm stats are simply fat and will see their measurements shrink hard if they lean down.
    At 28% bf you’ll probably have like 13.5 inch arms if you were at 10% bf.

    as someone with good arm genetics and someone who went turbo autist on arms and shoulders in my early lifting years, pretty difficult
    best shape i was in was very recently, ~17.5 in cold @ ~14% bf
