>injure knee in motorcycle accident
>spend year in recovery/pt
>knee still hurts
>can't squat over 185 without severe knee clicking
>clicks louder than an ak47 safety disengaging
>decide to see top orthopedic/sports medicine surgeon in the state
>tells me after x-rays that he doesn't recommend surgery, but thinks I should instead cut out all heavy flexion, extension, pressing, and kicking
>says I should be focusing on rehab that allows full function of the leg for every day life and not on lifting
>its fricked up my head, not having heavy squats/deadlifts have ruined my brain and actually ruined my sex life
>feel like a weak cuck, can't frick anymore, test lowering due to loss of lifting, when I do frick it's with a chub
What do I even do? I feel defeated.

Yeah so why ride something that massively increases your risk of serious injury/death? Motorcycles are not worth the risk

Ultimately the risk of death isn't one you should be very concerned with.

It should be the risk of having to live another 50 years while paralyzed or worse.

OP is getting a little taste of that rn

im already suicidal so paralysis or a lost limb will be just the push i need

You make fun of the boomer guys who "used to bench 3plate but got injured and stopped lifting" and is now out of shape.

But now it is you, who are the boomer who stopped lifting because you got injured.

Realistically, you should focus on the lifts that don't hurt, keep your diet in check and try to keep reasonably in shape so you can enjoy hikes and walks in the park... Or just cripple yourself by continuing to go heavy!

How does your lack of heavy squat affect your ability to take it up the ass?

I ride too...honda vfr800. I too had same shit several years ago but I wore full gear and got lucky...minor ankle sprain. Finally back in the gym training and been thinking about selling my bike.

I just can't afford anymore downtime. Nothing beats a good ride though, I will miss it.
