2 POUNDS OF BEEF + 1 GALLON OF MILK

This is the only diet that matters.
I add a rep to my 1pl8 OHP every session.
Every session is in increase of every PR for every exercise.
I do cardio 5 days a week and it has no effect on my recovery.

2 lbs of beef + 1.25 gallon of milk + beef liver + creatine + vitamin/mineral pills (high boron)
There are only two reasons not to live this way - you're fricking moronic or genetically worthless.
I guess this is what it feels like to be on roids, except without the guilt of being less than male.

      Well I do, and I believe the massive protein intake is part of the key to the success over other diets I've tried.

      Your liver can handle ~200g of glycogen per day. And it can convert 1g of protein into ~0,5g of glycogen. You’d need to eat at least 2kg of beef to reach those levels.

      I went from being stuck on 4-5 reps for like a year to 1pl8 to 10 reps in about 6 weeks.
      Also I OHP 255 for reps and could do more weight.

      The calories aren't even making the difference here, I was eating the same or more calories with 200-220g protein and going absolutely nowhere.
      Not sure what it is but I gain more wait with this diet with the same number of calories. I guess it could be water and/or lean mass?

      Not sure if it makes any difference what the mutlivitamin I take is organic made only from fruits and vegetables and shit.
      Then I take a mineral pill and a boron pill - calcium fructoborate.

      Not sure if I really need all that but I'm erring on the safe side because I take an acid blocking drug which supposedly causes you to absorb less vitamins and minerals.

      Also another possible problem is the iron intake. I have very high blood iron but science is no help in determining if my levels are actually bad with my genetics.
      But iron overload can be very dangerous.
      My doctor suggested that I bleed myself (donate blood).

      I think there is some evolutionary basis for that. My guess is northern eurpoeans evolved the ability to absorb more iron ("hereditary hemochromatosis") because they were fighting and bleeding so much it was an advantage to have extra iron.

          Taking calcium with your meat also helps because it competes with iron for uptake.
          So the milk does that too.

        yeah I have only bought the cheap goy versions, that could explain it. Try to get all my vitamins/minerals in food as a principle though. I still supplement zinc because it is hard/expensive to get enough of.

    what cut of beef do you usually get?
    aside from ribeyes, which are my go-to steak, I like doing a flank steak or tri tip as a more economical option, which have been 16-18 dollars a pound recently. two pounds a day would add up to quite a bit each month

      I get grass fed organic ground 85% lean
      who knows what cuts it comes from but it tastes strongly of grass, it taste good and wholesome

      the only problem I've found with this kind of meat gotten direct from farmers (at farmer's markets) is that the grind can be too rough, yielding crumbly patties, and the freezing process squeezes out a lot of the juice

      I used to just get roasts (which are actually cheaper than ground beef) but it was a pain to thinly slice even 1.5 lbs every day.
      Steak isn't worth the extra 4+ dollars per pound for me.
