Ive got this in 2 years and its meh, I either get bigger but put more fat on and I end up filling shirts out which is nice and people mire that but my face gets puffier or I stay trimmed down, feel better but more dyel, in around 3 in and not much has honestly changed, from tihs pic I bulked then cut and I'd say my forearms are slightly thicker, muscles are more full but I'm not much bigger, think I may have reached my limit bros 🙁
