HI, long story short I was prescribed oxycontin for chronic back pain. I closely monitor everything and write everything down in a note pad.
Normally I do a yearly detox when I'm at around 300mg over a time span of 24hours but this wasn't possible because of work and other responsibilities.
So yeah, I was taking on average 2000mg oxycontin over 24hours, some days even 2400mg, give or take.
I managed self detox to zero mg in about a month and it felt like a mild flu..
Only thing I did different this time was I prayed to god because I had really hit rock bottom at the time..
Thoughts?

Some info, starting a detox first signs are around 4-6 hours after your last dose, the worst comes at around 72 hours in..
- Yawning, sneezing, diarrhea, chills.. One moment hot and then cold, restless legs.. After about 5 days your appetite returns, you start eating again, yadayadayada.. yeah, and I've done this from 300mg/24h multiple times.
This one was from 2000mg, max on some days 2400mg? Even if I mistyped it in my text file I'd still be on 1800mg atleast.
Felt like a mild flu.. Got clean it about 30 days

yeah im having a hard time buying that story, ive heard of people eating the oxy 160s like theyre candy... but 2400mg? man, that is some serious spank. as for everyones skepticism about doctors not prescribing 2000mg a day, ofc they wouldnt. but its not unheard of buy a literal 200 count bottle of 80s. if OP werent bullshitting then its not hard to believe they could have access to those quantities, and abuse the frick out of it against the doctors prescribed dosage regiment.
