    no aging cure

    NOT going to happen.
Sorry, but billions of years of evolution to live long enough to reproduce and raise young then die off. We evolved to die, the individual dies the genes live on.

We've had this thread every other week for how long now? There's no 'aging', it's a dozen specific conditions that need to be reversed before biological immortality is feasible.

None of your genes are going to live on. Multipoint gene modding already exists. Near future "humans" won't even have the same species designation and won't even reproduce sexually.

good lord the way that fricking stares at you: she's knows it drives you crazy; she knows you wanna blast ropes across her puffy cheeks; she knows what kind of pleasure the two of you could be exchanging at this very moment were it not for arbitrary socal norms.
that fricking brat needs correction like yesterday, you know? put me in a fricking room with her for 10 minutes and we'll make fireworks son.

It's only been more like thousands, people didn't age before then.

Incorrect. I have it on good authority that if you stay underwater for 10 minutes, you'll stop aging.

Why would you want to stay human when you can be a superior creature billions of years in the future?

A trillion is more than the combined net worth of Black Americans.

While I agree philosophically that humans should have limited lives, is manipulating biology really that difficult?

      >While I agree philosophically that humans should have limited lives
I don't agree with this. babies are a sort of "last ditch attempt" of avoiding death at the cost of (almost) full memories of previous experience. at some point we should be able to solve the problem, by managing to survive without fricking wiping our experience, practically completely, every 80 years. it's more of a necessity imposed by the environment, energetically speaking as well, and we "learned" to work around it
      >is manipulating biology really that difficult?
      yeap, atm.
