20hours into my first fast. Going for 36 hours. This shit is easy. Why is fasting considered difficult again?

Delicious anal prolapses
I will never look at pigs in the blanket the same
good thing too because they are disgusting goyslop
You mean delicious goyslop
It's not just the fasting. It's avoiding binging after. Your body will be very tempted to eat without restraint after a fast. Can leadninto very bad eating habits.
For weak minded people I guess. I have a very strict diet plan already so it's impossible for me to over eat. I guess I'm just built different. I often exceed where others fail
What a chad, he... didn't shovel goyslop in his belly for 20h? Put that into your CV.
36 hours. I'm fasting for 36 hours
And here you are boasting on 20h mark. Make thread when you hit a full week.
>fast for a full week and crash your gains
Nah nty rabbi. Keep the weeklong fast for your Muslim friends
>Keep the weeklong fast for your Muslim friends
How dumb are you exactly? Muslims never fast for a full week, they eat every night you nonce.
That's really just skipping three meals and sleeping twice.
You haven't even finiahed your fast and already you are predicting how your body will react? How moronic and insecure.
Clearly you understand your body so much that you a)needed to fast in the first place b) came here seeking advice or to gloat to complete strangers on the internet and c)think you can predict the future for something you have never done before.
Good luck in life. With that attitude you are already way behind and need all the luck you can get.
>How moronic and insecure.
You mean based and secure. It's called manifestation. The ultimate power of the universe. Learn to use it and you too will be able to make "predictions".
Now I really came here to gloat/ask why fasting is seen as some extremely challenging thing. But it turns out it really is just the difference in mental willpower between me and non mentally aware individuals.
Thanks for the good luck. I appreciate it, although my life is amazing. Why? Because I manifested an amazing life.
>You mean based and secure. It's called manifestation. The ultimate power of the universe. Learn to use it and you too will be able to make "predictions".
Holy frick nice magical thinking you starsign homosexual
>unwilling to use the power behind all religions and occult theory because it's non tangible by goyscience methods
Now whose the one who really needs the good luck
That wasn't even me responding dIpshit. Good job manifesting idiocy. The consesus seems to be that.
Does it matter who I'm responding to? Anyone who doesn't believe in zodiac signs, manifestation, chakras, spiritualism needs desperate help
Wanted to see what a fast was like. Seems like theirs good health benefits from a weekly fast. As well as various spiritual benefits as well. Thought of it to add to my repertoire or "CV" as another anon tried to say.
Always thought it would be challenging. Turns out it's not.
Even went to the grocery store and watched my gf eat in front of me. No cravings.
OP sounds like a giant gay but he is right. When I started getting healthy 2 years ago I was a fat slob. Lost about 30% of my body weight in 1 year with 16 8 IM fasting window alongside a calorie defecit. Both the fasting and eating less were easy as frick, you are hungry cool but you are a fat frick - you won't die just don't eat too much.
Some people are just weak minded morons (espeically the fatties) so they can't do such a simple thing. To me its easy. I'm no longer doing either but I can unornically do this for 10 years without a problem.
I had a weird thing happen to me. I was basically doing really good for like 2 years (almost 500pounds) and it was daily I didnt mind being hungry
but eventually at ~200, I literally would wake up drooling for the thought of food. I binged up 25 after literally being an insomniac and spending 45 fricking hours in my calorie counter app. But i've kinda "normalized". I have to re-learn how to be hungry though. it fricked me up bad.
>but eventually at ~200, I literally would wake up drooling for the thought of food
That's around about where your body naturally wants to maintain itself. Shoot for being 200 lbs, but change your composition so that you're as much muscle as possible. If you try to go any lower than that, the desire to eat more will be insatiable
Fasting forces your body to create HGH. Unless you're fasting to lose weight because you're a lazy fatass, the primary reason anyone should be fasting on IST is to bulk.
You're moronic. The HGH increase only applies when you're not eating. Literally as soon as you eat something the HGH falls down to regular levels again and there has been no evidence whatsoever that this HGH increase would lead to drastic increases in size. It doesn't bulk you up. It's a preventative hormonal countermeasure to prevent important cells from being catabolized. You cannot honestly with a straight face tell me that you seriously think that you can get big while eating absolutely nothing
4000 kcals into my first bulk. Going for 36 lbs gained. This shit is easy. Why is eating considered difficult again?
thats.... thats less than a day man, there's nothing to boast about
sorry why are you fasting?
20 hours is not fasting. I do that everyday on OMAD you fricking pussy. Come back when you hit the 72 hour mark AT LEAST.
I've already done 36. 72 hours is literally nothing more but double that. Which means it's twice as easy
I did my first 24 hour fast a few days ago and have done 16/8 since then. Feels good. Super easy. Just don't eat for a few hours before bed and for some hours after waking up. Body seems to appreciate it.
If you start going beyond 24 hours make sure you do a bit of research. Gonna need to replenish electrolytes and fluids.
>Been fricking around with a few Ramadan-style 20 hour fasts a week
>Been going well
>Decide to push myself today and go for more
>Can't get to sleep
>Not even hungry, just can't sleep
Hey what the frick?
Every doctor says fastkng is moronic. Just do OMAD
I read tons of sources promoting 24hr fasts. Fasting for 72 to a week is definitely moronic though
20hours into my first air fast. Going for 36 hours. This shit is easy. Why is not breathing considered difficult again?
>20hours into my first nofap. Going for 36 hours. This shit is easy. Why is nofap considered difficult again?
You're not a dopamine and insulin addict.
anything under 24 hours is not fasting. You're just a fatass
I said I doing 36
Your arrogant attitude is annoying as frick. That seems to be a common thread with people that fast. They all think they are superior to everyone else. I understand it though. I am the same way. I hate how arrogant I am about just being able to not eat whenever I want. That amount of self control is admirable I think, or at least it would be if all the /fast/ gays weren't so goddamned annoying about it. Also, you gotta earn your stripes Black person. Go at least a week or two. Even if you think you're lean, you're really not. You have to lose a frick ton of weight to really be shredded
Lmao fast for half a month. There is literally no purpose for that. Fasting is relative to how fat you are. The fatter you are the longer you can fast. So being able to do stupid long fasts is only a testament to your fatness
Anyone that fasts or that needs to fast is a fatass otherwise they wouldnt be fasting
No there are many benefits to a 24hr fast. Such as regulating hunger cravings, bodyfat, cholesterol levels, indigestion, and entering ketosis
>update
26 hours in. Yawn. Too easy. When does it get hard
>bragging about “fasting” for 26 hours
You’re like a little baby
Yeah I'm also not a fat ass with 5 years of reserves on my body
It'd incredible how simple minded people are
>I can't do it
>did you try?
>Yeah and it was hard
It's like they want hard work and effort to be easy and effortless
I did a 44-ish hour fast on a whim a few weeks ago and felt great. Mind you I've gotten accustomed to low carb so my body was probably familiar with entering ketosis. I imagine if you're a complete carb addicted mong you would find it much harder
This is an interesting point. I've been mostly carnivore lately and, like OP, my first fast was easy. I was expecting it to be hard because it used to be a very anxious experience to not eat. Something in those breads or PUFAs - or the bacteria they facilitate in gut - just addicts you to eating.
unhealthy people have no will power. All my co workers are very out of shape, I love listening to them make excuses for why they cant improve their health, or if they try, they fall off the wagon after 2 weeks
Because megafats barely go without constantly digesting. They almost never have to even rely on stored liver glycogen, since they just have frickloads of food constantly coming in
Is it supposed to be hard? You literally just don't eat. If anything it's easy because you don't have to make food
Then why do people make it such a big deal? Did the same fat with my brother. He only made it 11 hrs. That's laughable
>Then why do people make it such a big deal?
Nobody thinks that fasting 36 hours is hard except disgusting mutts like you. Just off yourself.
>people call fasts under 2 days "fasts"
Woah you skipped a meal, good job sweetie!
Manifest destiny
>update
36 hours done.
That was a little too easy overall. Probably felt a little hungry 28 hours in. A little lightheadness from getting up pretty fast.
Still had energy to workout. No loss in strength during the fast. Might try for a 48 hour if I feel like I need an actually challenging fast
I ate a single meal every 48 hours for 5 straight months (June to November of last year). Why do you feel the need to come in here and brag?
Post weight and BMI
>48 hrs
>challenging
Damn OP is awesome ahah
OP's discipline and success have very fat people shaking with envy.
how long should i wait to go to the gym after fasting 24h?
