Strive to eat 4000 cals or more daily at minimum. Add butter to everything, drink your calories, juice, soda, milk, shakes, w/e. Start putting a little more food in your plates daily and increase it slowly, you'll be eating a ton in no time.

Not really. Every inch adds 50 cals to your BMR give or take. That's a 300-cals difference between a 6'3 lanklet and a 5'9 short king. Nothing a proton shake or PB&J sammich can't make up for.

500ml whole milk, 50g oats, 50g peanut butter (~1000cal each)
Milk, oats, peanut butter, protein powder, banana, put it all in a blender, then chug it down. Do this multiple times a day along with your normal eating, if you can't do it wihile still eating then just make bigger shakes and drink all your calories instead.
