Forget the stupid step counting, track what you shove down your gullet and do basic weight training and you will see dramatic improvements
This. I'm also 26. I started about a year and a half ago and lost 75 pounds. First things first get to under 20% bodyfat. They way you do this is diet. I would recommend intermittent fasting because it's what worked best for me. Once you get under 20% you can make a choice. Either cut to 15% and pack on some muscle or try to recomp a little. I would say take a month and lift heavy every other day and hit your protein macros each day. For calories do a small surplus on lift days and a small deficit on rest days. A month isn't much when it comes to muscle, but you will probably have 0 muscle to begin with so it will make you look significantly better than losing additional weight. After that cut down to 15% and do a standard cut/bulk cycle like everyone else here.

Eat less and workout for 20 minutes a day, even with just light dumbells if barbells scare you.

Looks very promising imo, the smokes have been fixed with a couple of extra touches that change up the gameplay a little. Headshots and kills seem more satisfying too.

Same lifts everyone else should be doing. Bench, squat, deadlift, and overhead press. You can do isolation and accessory lifts too, but starting with just those is the tried and true way for a beginner to put on muscle

I don’t believe that. Maybe you hate where you’re at with your life, which is an accumulation of either your bad choices or your refusal to take action for yourself. Either way, you can turn all that around right now, this very second by committing to a new routine. It’s not easy, but it truly is that simple.
But to hate yourself? Even if you don’t think you’re physically attractive, that shouldn’t be what makes you love yourself. You can be very well accomplished and disciplined yet still ugly. Who cares? Besides, a dude who’s got his shit together, looks in shape, and has a good positive attitude is very attractive.

No. Well, eating less crap and more protein filled meals (and not just fast food) will certainly help, but if all you do is walk you’re just going to go from fat to skinny fat, which is arguably worse. Lift weights to build a physique. Cardio is good for some extra calorie burn

focus on your upper body only. bench, ohp, rows, curls etc.
you don't have enough testosterone to grow both upper and lower body so you'll get nowhere if you train full body.
Besides the body that others anons covered. I would suggest getting a better haircut and growing a beard. Any kind of if you cant grow a full beard. Also ditch the chud glasses if you can but it is not a primary thing.

You literally only need a barbell, somewhere to squat and bench press and one pair of each pl8, it doesn't have to be fancy, shitty rusty pl8s weight the same as commercial gym ones

You're fat and need to lose weight. If you can cut your body fat down you'll look a fricking lot better.
The good news is that you're young enough that you can get out of it without serious problems if you act now.
Cut out all snack food, soda and alcohol. You just need to do it. The only thing you should be drinking is tea, coffee and water. The only thing you should be eating is actual identifiable food, no chips, no cookies, nothing fried, lots of veg, you get the idea. That isn't easy but you have to do it.
Cardio will help a lot.

Also a good sport will help a lot, basketball, tennis, volleyball, swimming.
In your condition, anything you do for 3 or 4 months will help a lot.
A warning, you look like you did jack shit almost all your life. Take care of those knees. Stretch and do not over excercise, coming from someone who had a flaked achilles heel tendon for walking too much.
