I got to 275x3 bench at 185 pounds pretty fast and it literally stalled there forever. Absolutely zero progress.

I got to just over 2pl8 in 4 months, then I hard stalled there. Stopped doing PL programs and just did bodybuilding from there on out, even cut bench completely for some time. Started benching again and did a 120kg single one day, I mostly do 6+ reps though.
I dunno man I have lifted for years and years and around ~275 most people just get stuck forever and never progress. 95%++ of the guys lifting 3pl8 are on gear or they are lardasses that weight 300 pounds and brag about benching 300 pounds.

I've been able to 2pl8 bench for 1 rep fir awhile now, but when it comes to like 8-12 reps I'm hard stuck around 180-190lbs
