I think around this special festive time of the year it's a good idea to spare a thought for our lowly bretherens in developing countries like the united states, where every supermarket is drab and dreary and lack of variety, and everything that is anything less plain than bread is at a shocking price. Aisles full of plain foods and little choices, due to the backward and failing economic and social decisions made by their government.

Americans can be on 100k a year and live in poverty

Everything is expensive, Americans are all broke and live off credit.

          Anonymous

          Close, but not actually true.
A lot of Americans aren't really "broke" they just choose to waste money like morons. Given the choice between a used Honda Civic for 5k or a 40k truck that's financed, too many Americans will chose the latter even if they're making less than 50k a year, which is low for the US. People like this do this with everything out of social pressure to flaunt wealth they don't have. Like they'll buy 500 dollar sneakers, a new thousand dollar iPhone yearly, and always eat out + doordash fee + tip.
Shits moronic, but if you just don't live like tat you can easily build wealth in the US. I for one have only held a salaried position for a little less than 2 years and have around 45k in savings/investments. Like I said most Americans are just wasteful with their money and shit isn't really that expensive here.

Here is the recent rent study by Deloitte. The average rent price in Warsaw is $16.5 per 10sq ft. Just a little behind Berlin

What city? If it’s in center Warsaw and the flat is over 100 m^2 then it may be justified. Otherwise, you are getting scammed

t depends on the coutnry, but in a lot of european countries young people inherit houses from their parent so you pay no mortgage. But the groceries are more tho.
For example I live in eastern Europe with exactly 1500euros net salary and live like kings. I have 4 houses, 3 in the city and one in the countryside where my parents live. The city apartments are rented and get more than an average salary from them on top of my salary and live with my gf. With this amount of money I would be piss poor in the US or even the UK, but here I live large. Also there are no Black folk here and all the gypsies left for western europe so it's safe and quiet here

Your tap water has added fluoride which is beurotoxin and is absorbed in huge amounts by your skin. You have to buy bottled water just to have a shower... or have one of those reverse osmosis filters.

Northern Italy was pretty based, never got south of Pompeii. Venice is a shithole tourist trap. Rome is okay but full of Africans scamming and harassing women. Not seeing 100 different fast food spots and gas stations was pretty nice. Being able to take trains instead of being forced to drive was also nice. Thinking the US is less based than we were all led to believe.

If you go to america with the budgeting skills of an eastern european, you can live like a god on any low salary.
Thats why ukrainian refugees don't work in germany. they get 2k eur a month instead of 2k a year, and it's not 12 times more expensive there. Why would they work shitty jobs to get 3k instead. They can do whatever they want, because they don't want much.

It doesn't cost that much, we have chickens at home and a 20Kg bag costs around 20 euro if you want to get some fancy stuff, if you just feed them with random cereals it can get as cheap as 0.5 euro per kilo. We don't sell anything btw it's just for fun.

Look I was born and raised in the belly of the beast. They bring everything down. The ONLY ones I don't mind are country blacks and they are sort of rare these days.

What you have to understand is that 9.5 out of 10 american blacks hate white people whether they show it openly or not.

          Anonymous

Checked, I don't doubt it anon, my interactions were very limited. All country people from the US are extremely friendly in my experience, a couple of years ago we hosted some people (white btw) from rural New Hampshire and Texas and they were a delight, we learned a lot from each other and I even invited them to my wedding, payed for the tickets and all

            Anonymous

Look I've been around black people my whole life and I'm trying to give you some advice about them. Let me put it this way- all the stereotypes are true... in fact they are understatements. And certainly there may be exceptions but we are talking about generalizations here. Anyways it is commendable that people try to see the best in others, and alot of people who aren't around it just assume the stereotypes are low brow racism or something but I'm telling you in this case the stereotypes are spot-on.

Now *most* white people from the US will be very nice and friendly that is true.

In that regard, it feels very good to live in Germany, where the median net income is almost that of the US (only 16 percent lower, and that doesn't even factor in health insurance, which is deducted from the gross income in Germany but paid out of pocket in the US) but the prices are more comparable to those in Italy. I think this place is pretty much the best on earth when it comes to that ratio of living costs / average income.

Unfortunately Germany is like 30% nonwhite at this point. Also, the salaries really aren't comparable to the US due to Germany's high income tax.

European salaries are hilariously low, yeah fine it's cheap in Italy but my industry is also full of Italians because they won't ever get this wage in Italy either. I've seen UK guys online tall about their good salary and they mean like 35k lmao.

Whats honestly frustrating is the US doesn't want my highly qualified ass, besides marriage there's no real way for a euro professional to move to the US, the US just wants Indian H1Bs and Nicaraguans.

My conspiracy theory is to maintain the alliances European countries lobby the US not to make it easier because they know thered be a wave of working professionals moving from Europe to the US.

American checking in. The truth is that we'd love to have more qualified individuals immigrating from decent countries rather than the endless tide of brown, its simply that the establishment here does not in any way reflect the citizenry. They live in gated communities, send their children to private schools and altogether push entirely different policies than the actual American people want.

In this case, they want an endless tide of browns to drive down wages at the lowest tiers of work and push immigration for no other reason. They never had any intention of allowing in people with skills who can drive down the wages of valuable trades that they can funnel nieces and nephews to, and earn unsanctioned tax dollars off the regulations for.
