What would happen to my body over the course of the next 6 months if I only drank milk. I'm talking like 2 maybe 3 gallons of regular whole milk, doesn't have to be raw. Just ordinary whole milk, preferably a good quality one. I might have an apple or 2 for some vitamin C, but if I consumed only whole milk:
What would happen?
Your will develop orangish splotchy spots and it will hurt too hard to walk anymore. Its just not safe. Ask anyone who tried.
>not safe
Why? Because of the fat?
That's roughly 7,700 calories. Unless you're trying to lift the fricking moon, not really required.
Okay how about only 2, that's only like 3500 kcal?
Over 5k. Just start with half a gallon of regular, it's like 1,200. Drink like a fifth of that and then use it to mix whatever protein powder you have. Then eat normal food. It's what I do. No cleanup from a mix bottle.
Why do I need normal food when I have milk? What will happen if I drank 5k calories of whole milk every day, ate no food, and did my lifts?
I'mma gonna come to your house and break your fricking legs, that's what's gonna happen.
Black person i drink 2 gallons of milk, you're gonna break whatever you're hitting me with before you break my legs
Fair enough.
Diarrhea.
Milk is good for you, but eat some other foods dumbass.
pros: you'll be able to lift a house
cons: you'll weigh about the same as a house
Why would you limit yourself to strictly milk? Even if you just hate eating or something, you could also drink smoothies, shakes, juices, etc. It would be a lot easier to make sure you’re not getting any severe nutrient deficiencies that way and the diet would probably be less nauseating since not all of your calories are just milk. Nonetheless, to answer your question, you’d probably feel like shit and get very fat from drinking 6k+ calories of milk a day, but as long as you’re supplement/eating occasionally to get the micronutrients that milk doesn’t have a lot of, you’d live. Still, I hope you’re not seriously considering this
>Why would you limit yourself to strictly milk?
Easier than cooking, want to get as much in as possible in the most efficient way possible.
Fair enough, but have you ever actually tried drinking more than a gallon of milk a day? Drinking 2-3 gallons daily does not sound sustainable or practical for the vast majority of people. And even though I don’t know your weight and height, I doubt you need more than maybe 3.5k calories a day to optimally build muscle. A single gallon of whole milk is like 2400 calories, so drinking just 2 gallons a day indefinitely is just going to put you on a one-way street to obesity
What if I told you I work 9 hours a day, intensive manual labor, 7 days a week? Easily burning off 1500 calories
if you work intensive labor 9 hours a day you are not going to want diarheea shits all day long from drinking so much milk
>occasionally to get the micronutrients that milk doesn’t have a lot of
milk literally has every nutrient
Milk
Chicken
Broccoli
All you need to survive
you'll die
