Cyst.
Had one in 6th grade. Got to be twice the size of a golfball before it was removed. Grew that fast in only 30 days. Remember feeling a pea sized lump on the left nut, told my dad who ignored me. Shrugged it off. Month later noticed it was huge. Had surgery. Apparently I got hard and the nurses laughed at my little dick 🙁

Got my doctor to check on it and ran some ultrasound on it. He told me to ignore it, it's just a cyst.

You 100% need to go to a doctor to rule out anything serious. Don’t literally die of embarrassment and/or live in fear with your head in the sand.
They’re harmless and it probably won’t go away. They can be drained with a syringe. I had one that hurt. my urologist refused to drain it cause he’s a frickwit. I got desperate and did it myself; shit hurt. Had to hold my nut tight and dig a needle in my sac until I hit the fluid. Felt a huge relief when I drained the fricked.
