30 mins of low intensity cardio after lifting. For some reason women in my gym sprint before they do their moronic glute workouts. You're just wasting energy that you should be using for your lifts.
Monday: Leg day
Tuesday: Hardcore v02 max training

>before lifting
>after lifting
You should do cardio in the morning, several hours before you lift. That way it doesn't impact your lifts.
if you do it after lifting, you do it a full day before, how does that impact your lifts less than some hours moron
Three 10 minute walks after meals of course, but what's the extra 15 minutes?
I'd need to do more than 1 cardio session a week then
15 minutes of kettlebell swings a day
MANDATORY
Sprinting is where its at Black person stop doing long bouts of cardio ur not a w*man
I ride my bike every morning. I start the day by journaling and thinking, and then I think about that while I'm riding. Lift in the afternoon.
Good cardio and it keeps the rage somewhat at bay.
Sorry I am just not going to do it haha. Lift day is for lifting and rest day is for resting. Simple as.
Done.

I mog your routine.
I walk TO and FROM the gym, which makes 30 minutes, plus I walk to shops as well, so I don't do any cardio at the gym.
