what did you look like 4 months ago? and what is your physical background?
because if you took a sedentary slob with no strength and lots of fat and put them in the gym for 4 months they'd make slightly noticeable gains but nothing like this

fricking moron this board is so fricking useless i fricking swear i will LITERALLY never come back here
how fricking new and delusional and low iq do you need to be to unironically believe that that physique is result of 4 months of lifting?

dang for those of us who havent even started proper lifting yet, this really means something
having no defined shoulders or chest at all is something you notice out of your peripheral vision without even looking directly at the person
              alright. thanks

As for 1RM, I don't power lift so I don't know it. I do hypertrophy. Completely different types of training

                My RMs

                Bench 265
                Ohp 145
                Deadlift 365 (it kinda sucks)
I do a 6 day PPL with %s of 1 RM in cycles.
                What you got for me

What's your goal? If it's just improving numbers, then just power lifting sets and reps (1-4 reps. 3-6 sets). If it's hypertrophy you want, 5 sets of 8-12 reps and you need to eat above maintenance. If you want a specific muscles hit, you can do one of the exercises in the pic I listed with hypertrophy sets and reps

I was fat but ate 1750 calories per day and lost 25lbs in 3 months. This is after one month of being in a calorie surplus whilst lifting, ive gained back nearly 10lbs in a month but I dont think a lot of it is fat.

why are you slouching forward like that (you are not doing your chest any favors)

Reminder that nearly everyone lies about how long they've done [thing] to be at least adequate/proficient at it, lifting being the obvious example

Looking thick bro, if this is your base you've got the potential to be one meaty mf. Your legs are lagging behind your upper body, if I had to critique something. But otherwise if you leaned down as is, you'd turn heads at the beach pretty easily

Maybe if you were a serious athlete before this, but even then, you would've been tasked with weight lifting. Yeah, definitely bait. This is 4-5 good years of gains. In practice, for most people, 6-7.
