There's a ton of places online that sell bulk "isolate" for cheap, they even provide lab certificates, but people have actually independently tested those and found out it wasn't really isolate lol. Just saying, be careful buying unbranded powder or some no name powder.

whey protein is made from milk, contains a high amount of leucine, and is one of the best sources of protein.
pig ears are mostly collagen, which consists of (hydroxy)proline, glycine, and serine. it's very low in other amino acids (including BCAA's like leucine), and does nothing for muscle growth. glycine is great for overall health though.
