          Eggs are nutritious but 5 don’t give you a good amount of protein by themselves and just that and mustard makes this a poorly nutritious meal.
          >Basically no carbs.
          >No fermented food to improve digestion.
          >Horrible micros overall.

          Add kimchi and can of sardines and you got something.

          you COULD get mustard with no sugar added, but one you went with isn't much different from ketchup.

          I usually drink 2 cups of milk with it, what kind of carb can I add to this that isn't too caloric since I'm cutting? Eating plain boiled eggs gets too fricking boring after a while.

            use salt and pepper.
            you eat them right after boiling? soft-boiled eggs might be way to go. Much tastier that way.
            For carbs, except the obvious (fruits and/or veggies) oatmeal, rice wafers, popcorn

      Take some spinach and blend it with 2-3 eggs and cook it over med low heat for 3 min each side and you have a 0 carb tortilla you can fill with more eggs and whatever else you want.
