If anything sticks to a pan you have 2 solutions. Your pan wasn't warm when you added in the food (or it was overloaded and lost all heat) and or you need more fat.
Put some butter in your (suspected) cooking temperature pan, and wait for it to bubble. Also, use medium heat and take the eggs out of the pan slightly before they look finished. t. Trust me bro
