    Potentially cholesterol. Getting into the cholesterol research is a rabbit hole. I feel like there are still several factors surrounding cholesterol that we don't full understand which could have implications on the research. I don't think eating moderate levels of eggs everyday is bad, but there are enough smoke signals surrounding mass quantities of eggs that makes me think it's not worth the risk. Do you really need to eat 5 eggs a day? I eat 1 or 2 a day. That seems like enough.

    How confident are you in your ability and effort spent parsing the research considering cholesterol and egg consumption? I know I haven't looked deep enough into that shit to be fully confident one way or the other.

    Just on a feeling sense, I don't think a moderate level of eggs is bad for you. I have seen lots of old people who eat 1 or 2 eggs a day. I am not going to dive deep into the research and studies.

    I don't know if eating 5+ eggs a day is safe, so I won't do it. It might be safe, but I don't know and there is enough weird shit about cholesterol out their to make me doubt.

        Too many confounding variables, some youtube videos about guys eating eggs isn't enough. One of the most underestimated factors is genetics. It would not surprise me if there are segments who are completely fine eating 10+ eggs a day, and others who can't handle more than 3 without negative health implications.

    There's a myth floating around claiming that egg whites are bad because they bond to some nutrient and thus cause malnourishment.

    Teacheranon here. Some of the students ask me for general health and fitness advice because I am the only IST teacher.
    One of the (18 y/o) students has had trouble gaining weight, and was worried about amenorrheia (it had been about a year and some change). I told her to eat more, but to talk to her parents and get a doctor's opinion.
    Anyhow the ~~*treatment*~~ the doctor gave was some progesterone cream which didn't really work. Yesterday, though, she came up to me and said "good news, Mr. Anon!"

    "I've been eating five eggs every day, and I got my period!"
    So yeah eat at least five a day, it's better than paying for Dr. Shekelberg's fifth rental property

          If anything sticks to a pan you have 2 solutions. Your pan wasn't warm when you added in the food (or it was overloaded and lost all heat) and or you need more fat.

          Put some butter in your (suspected) cooking temperature pan, and wait for it to bubble. Also, use medium heat and take the eggs out of the pan slightly before they look finished. t. Trust me bro

        What else would I do? Boil them? That's even worse because then I have to remove the shell which is even more annoying. I just put steaks into my airfryer and eat it with some butter. Don't have to clean up shit.

      Cooked eggs are a source of biotin. If you're eating lots of cooked eggs too and a good diet, having a few raw eggs in your smoothie is never ever gonna mess your biotin levels.

      This has never been proven in the literature, it's just more anti-egg psyop. The only studies I've read that created a biotin deficiency were egg whites only not whole eggs and they stated it still took a ton of egg whites and would virtually never happen in the real world.

    Been doing minimum of a carton a day for the past 7 months. Last week I got 120 eggs in.

    The effects are profound, I had thought I was at my natty limit but since I started daily high quantity of eggs I have gained tremendous amount of muscle. I needed to spend thousands of dollars on a new wardrobe because all my old clothes look ridiculous on me now. I also suffer from constant erections which may sound nice but there are times in life when having a boner is undesirable. I feel more high test in general and women have become a lot more responsive to me.
