It took your body a few years to get to that size, it'll take it a few more years to downsize

35 BMI is 240 on a 5’9 man. he will not half his skin removed when he loses weight

Well its not even worth calculating. Realistically and sustainably you can expect to lose about 1% of bodyfat per month and it can go even as low as 0,5% per month when you are approaching visible abs stage. In 5 months it is theoretically possible to get beach body from about 16-18% bodyfat. If you are 35 BMI, again its not even worth calculating. You are looking at maybe 2025 summer earliest but nobody is able to sustain a deficit and build muscle that long without any setbacks, so I would assume you could be beach body ready in 2026 maybe.

It isn’t quite joever yet but you got a path ahead of you. It might take a year or more but you gotta change your diet (eat less) and hit the gym more. Walk every day if you can, and consume more protein.

I mean think of it this way, imagine how enjoyable it’ll feel when you start seeing the changes in your body, your energy, your physique. Don’t be impatient though, it won’t happen by summer

Lol if you only knew how over it is. You ruined your life beyond recovery. You can improve your health still but not your status.

Depends on what "beach body" is.
You can lose a lot of weight in 5 months and drastically change how you look however. Don't listen to the crabs, I'll unironically recommend you to go to reddit for advice. This place is swarming with sad fricks who will try to insert their deranged lookism lore into everything.

I think you know the answer to that. I think you're just looking for a reason to not work out. In which case you will NEVER have a beach body. Shut the frick up and lift something heavy you little b***h.

It seems you're waiting for excuses.
Start changing your lifestyle, you'll end better than living like a morbidly obese persona.

It took you a lifetime of fricking up big time every single day without rest to achieve the body you have now. You think you're going to undo it all in 5 months? Then what? You just put it all back on? Fix your life and everything else falls into place automatically. Don't worry about time limits, just do the right thing.

You can be skinny if you fast. Better than having your shirt on at the lake but you can't be built

Maybe not 5 months. You can count your calories though and slowly progress to working out 5-6X a week and consistently lose 2-2.5 lbs a week.

I was 6'2 at 260ish lbs last august and after slowly progressing to that workout schedule with a deficit( not being totally consistent on weekends with my diet) I've lost close to 50 lbs.

Put the work in and you'll see results

It's possible if you start fasting.

    Otherwise no.
