    Testosterone fluctuates a lot. Your 500 ng/dl was only at the moment of the blood test. An hour after the test it could be 650 ng/dl

    Also, in healthy naturals with normal testosterone levels there is not much of a correlation between testosterone levels and muscle building ability when you compare one man to another man.

        There's like about 20 different studies in my pic, in one of them, a guys testosterone levels go from 200ng/dl to 1400 ng/dl over a 36 hour period.

        You are cherry picking one study.

        I mean look a another study in the second table, Subject no 7 has 1060 ng/dl at 3 pm and 150 ng/dl at 9pm

        And so on.
        You need to spend more time looking at the different date in this pic, which are all from different studies. You also need to learn how to convert from different units of measurement.

      Mine was at 250 ng/dl last time I checked. I also got ADHD (mostly the hyperfocus part, parents thought I'm autistic). Seems like my ADHD absolutely fricked my low test in the ass because I have basically none of the symptoms of low test.

    Its in the normal range, your body potentially just responds well to it
    Beyond that, whats your bodyfat%?
    Do you eat well?
    Do you exercise regularly (but not be overdoing it?)
    You sleep enough?
    You a NEET?
    You have a social circle?

    I have had test as low as 395ng/dl. At that time I was 100kg ~20% body fat (pic related). Next post I will show u what I look like now. I believe my test is now around 700-900ng/dl, but I’ve never tested properly at this level of health

          I could pull up pictures of my MRI showing 3 damaged discs in the lumbar spine. I wish it was as simple as me going off cycle. I would choose that any day over not being able to run, jump, cycle, rock climb, row, etc any day of the week. As I type this I can feel mild nerve pain going down my left leg from my lower back

        Interesting I’ve gotten very positive reviews on the zoomed hair, the curls naturally just appeared when I grew out the dolph hair.

        Test is a hormone that facilitates social status gain (look into this). And all things in life are an equilibrium. At least biological complexes. So if you do things that normally high test people do, your test will also increase.

        I lifted hard from 2015-2018, 3 years. Since then I did a stint in rowing and cycling, now I’ve been lifting on and off again for ~2 years but my injuries are holding me back. Just working on rebuilding the body right now

            What kind of facial changes do you consider to be gains here? Keep in mind in the first pic I am around 18 or 19. In the last pic I am 25. Face loses fat with age. Which is why u can see 50 year old men who have these war hardened jawline faces and simultaneously a beer belly.
