          nta but if you take any exogenous hormones your body will diminish or even stop it's production of it. This can take fricking months or even years to recover from, if you recover at all, depending on the extent of your supplement abuse.

          If you want to know the effects of HGH in particular, look up what it does to the body then imagine those things slowing down or halting/reversing completely. That is what happens when you stop taking HGH after an abusive intake period. Same goes for test or any other hormone. You don't just regress to baseline, you dip significantly below it. What goes up must come down and all that

              If your HGH levels are already messed up and you supplement it to normal levels because your body isn't making enough of it that is not the same as taking yourself to superhuman levels causing your body to shut down endogenous production. It's just not the same problem.

              I don't know anything about dwarves other than they look hilarious and hate elves, but I'd be very surprised to learn that it is caused entirely by a lack of HGH. Even if they have low levels I doubt they have nearly as low levels as someone who has shut down their own endogenous hormone system through exogenous abuse.

                GH deficiency is responsible for most cases of dwarfism, and dwarfism doesn't affect a person's intelligence. Also Messi took it for 4 years and then he stopped entirely. He was already naturally deficient and whatever tiny amount of endogenous production he had would've been shut down after coming off 4 years of HGH use, and yet he was not mindfricked.

                Cool. I wasn't the guy who used the phrase "mindfricked" which is why I clarified as nta, and intelligence has never been mentioned before you brought it up. Low HGH however is a one way train to alzheimersville so I'd count that as "mindfricked" if you want to stick to that phrase. HGH is essential to body and tissue repair so if you nuke your ability to produce it then it's GG. Look up what HGH does for the body then imagine a body without any of those things.

                How can you state that without knowing what his levels were or how much he supplemented? I never said any amount of HGH use will shut down HGH production, in the same way that supplementing test if you are low test doesn't shut down test production.

                You're taking things I said and making wild inferences from them so I'm not going to respond any more. Black person thinks I mean if you do a dose you'll be fricked for life.

                If you take any hormone in quantities that take you above baseline for long enough your body will slow it's production relative to the dose and potentially cease endogenous production completely if the dose is intense and frequent enough. End of discussion, I'm going to bed.

    he is one of the guys that inspired me about the importance of programming. and im not talking science based lifting or finding the perfect angle for some meme movement. I'm talking about not training legs, lower back etc. It doesnt make sense to give equal focus to every muscle group if you are not trying to be a bodybuilder.

    I'm building my own physique. My own ideal of perfection. I don't want big legs and big waist. I dont want big chest. I want small athletic legs, 28 inch waist, MASSIVE v taper, moronicLY big arms and shoulders. And again it all makes sense, your arms and shoulders will look proportionally much bigger if you have a smaller chest. Rich Piana talked about this a lot but I never took it to heart. Now I know.

    Im not gonna spend 2 full days training legs every week like what the frick. I wouldnt want to look like a fridge even if you paid me. It's literally going backwards. I'll squat once a week and that's it. Maybe I'll throw in one or two more exercises like leg curl/leg extension but you are looking at most 2-3 leg exercises PER WEEK.

          First link is his standard video format. He does cope a little in this video but he cites a study done on experienced lifters that found no difference between 3, 6, and 12 sets per week.

          This second link is from a long format podcast he did about a month later where he outright admits that the amount of extra gains you get from doing higher volume (12-15 sets per week vs 1-5) or higher frequency (2+ days per week vs 1) is in the single-digit percentages, and the difference becomes less and less the more advanced you are.
          He says something to the tune of "in the scope of training for many years 'optimal training' might allow you to reach your peak a month or two sooner than minimal training"

    It’s not hard to look jacked when you’re 5’5”.
    Think about it, if a guy who is 6’5” gains 5 pounds of muscle, you can barely even tell, it’s a small percentage of his total weight. But if a 5’5” guy gains 5 pounds of muscle you can clearly see it, it’s a much larger percentage of his total weight.
    That’s why I don’t find it surprising anymore that all of the most buff looking dudes on the internet are always very short.
