Push day i do weighted hanging leg raises for core 4x15 holding a dumbell between my knees with my legs bent, thats all ive ever done for abs in 10 years

i like it, but ill probably change the pull day to >weighted pull ups 3x5 >lat pulldowns 3x10 >seated rows 3x10 >face pulls 3x10 >barbell biceps 4x10 >weighted chinups 3x5
I have never benched over 205 on flat bench in my entire lifting career
I only do incline now and can do 205 for 3x5 but swapped to 4x10 and am at 175lbs for those sets and reps right now
Deadlift is 415 for 3x8
OHP is 145 for 3x8
squat is 275 for 3x8
Switched my working sets to 4x10 maybe 5 months ago and dropped the weight slightly on everything just to mix up training a bit, might go back to 3x8 soon

Think i was around 112lbs and still 5’6
These were after 60 days of P90X when i first got into fitness in 2013 and maybe a few months in an actual gym
This is from june 2014 and i think i got a gym membership in october of 2013 so i guess this was 8 months in an actual gym as well as these 2

Used to do this in 2019-2020. Pretty shit program
It hits every muscle group twice a week and you can take rest days whenever you want as its a 3 day split so you can fit it into any work/life/whatever schedule you want

Too much junk volume. Try the Jordan peters ppl. You have pretty good foundation for 6 years now it’s time to build even more muscle with intensity. Also JP is a deadlift fanatic so it will suit you. I’m curious about your diet. Im a fellow manlet (5’9 168 lbs)who have been dwarfmaxxing since 2021 and need to cut now. Post meals.

I dont really ever give out advice on dieting or nutrition, im the type of person that has had visible abs there entire life and can eat 1 time a day with a small snack and not feel hungry so im very obviously not that smart when it comes to nutrition or “cutting”
Yesterday all i ate was
Lennys and larrys protein cookie
Chipotle burrito
protein bar
And a 100 calorie smart candy thing from GNC
and for routine wise, ive been lifting 10 years at this point man
Im at the point physique wise where unless i want to hop on gear (lmao frick that) i can min/max every nutrition/training/sleep thing in my life for the next 10 years to MAYBE add another 10lbs of muscle
Not worth it in the slightest to me, im never going to compete and i dont care to live like an autistic bodybuilder
I just care about looking good and fricking girls and im doing fine in both of those fields right now so if i can coast looking like i do right now at 28 years old until im 35-40 and then switch to more muscular endurance training and lean out more im cool with it
Im at the point where lifting isnt my entire life anymore

They look lighter if standing by themzelves but if you saw them walking or next to other people they look their weight.
The weight is more important imo. Looking lighter at a higher weight is ideal. Youre big but yet you look a lean guy if that makes sense.
